This place absolutely sucks! Waited more than 30 minutes and wasn’t served. I finally canceled my order but was charged more than $7 for a glass of tea and a cup of coffee.

Came in placed order, received drinks, tea was discolored. Waited 30 minutes while the older lady stood at the counter talking to a younger gentleman. About 15 minutes goes by, waitress is called by my company that is with me. We ask about our food, she replies ” sorry, I am really new” ok we understood, she was nervous as well. No biggy. Complete understanding. In meantime another lady with 2 children come in, the children sit a a booth, the lady goes behind the counter joins in conversation. Then finally the waffles go in, the older lady returns to her conversation. My company once again, ask about the food, nothing being cooked except the waffles. The waitress goes up ask about the food, the older lady goes and removes the now scorched waffles to a plate. Then returns to her conversation at the counter. Eventually the waitress returns offers to refill my company drink, she agreed. Noticed I was not drinking the tea, was unbearable, even though I felt sorry the new employee. I ask for a diet drink in place of the tea. Finally waffles come out cold, burnt. Butter would not melt, a ton of it too. The waffles u could barely cut with a knife. At this point I just gave up allowed my visitor to eat as she was very excited to go out. Finally bacon came with white grease, sat for a bit, was cold. I just pushed to the side. My company could not eat her hash browns as they were cold. Waffles a no go. Had it not been for the sweet waitress, being so nervous and trying so hard, I would not have paid the 40.00 including tip.

The food was ok chopped steak was a little over cooked but as far as the server she sucked never got a refill. When we went to pay there card machine was screwed up then she didn’t have change for a $20 my meal was only $12.06 I would never step foot back in this place. This is probably a main reason alot of huddle houses closed down

Ordered online for pick up at 6:45PM. Upon arriving, a customer informed me that they had closed at 6PM (not posted anywhere on the website). They couldn’t process the refund due to no one on site knowing how to process a credit card refund and stated that they would have to contact the owners. Called the following day while the owners were on site and was informed that they “weren’t available” and left my contact information. Called later, and they informed me that the owners were no longer on site and the refund still couldn’t be processed. This is not a fault of staff, the owners should train their people and make an effort to take care of their customer or they should sell the company to people who actually want to be in the service industry.

Nobody seemed to know what they were doing ! The supposed manager had a poor attitude ! Food was cold , they had to make 3 waffles to get one close enough to even eat ! I had ate a lot at the Baxter Huddle House over a 7 month period when I was working in cookeville and and it was great ! But not now , safe to sY that I will never go back and I’m not sure how they could charge me for what they said was food!!!

This place is filthy!!!! A dump! Maybe nade for a dog! I wanted a sit down meal and 3 different tables were waiting while the tattooed dark haired girl and the guy were horse playing laughing and chitty chatting. Finally after never getting a menu no drink no silverware and the same girl told me shed be right with me while the oldercwhite later her and the guy were too busy cutting up then take care of customers. Better fire the millineals before they sink another buiness. This place is pathetic!!!!!!!!!
