I took someone with me to Huddle House. “Not using a name,” X ordered a wrap. Look at the picture. That stabbed the back of X throat. I called CS and asked them what I should do? ( With the bills) they told me how to handle any expenses. That was on a Sunday. Monday, I took off from work to care for X. DR, RX, rest, and healing. I told the DR’S office how to handle the billing, and they agreed! Huddle House did not honor what they told me! I took Tuesday off and went to a different DR. I paid that bill, and RX. Wensday X physically was getting better, but scared to eat!

I would rate this place 0 stars if I could. Not only was this place absolutely disgusting when I walked in (floors weren’t clean, ketchup packets and napkins all over the floor, visible grease on the floor and the kitchen just looked awful), we only got half of our order. I don’t even want to talk about the portions of food I was served. $30 is absolutely ridiculous for what we got. They completely forgot the waffles with our MVP breakfast, and instead gave us a biscuit and toast (we subbed toast for biscuits), we asked for cream and sugar for the coffee and surprisingly we didn’t get that, got maybe 1 scrambled egg, got a pathetic spoonful of grits for a side, and for some reason had ice in our orange juice. On the bright side at least it kept the orange juice cold. I get that it’s Sunday and it’s busy, but the portions and the genuine lack of care for what we got is absolutely inexcusable. I will NEVER be going to any huddle house ever again, and would recommend anyone reading this to do the same.

When I say these things about this place you can believe it or you cannot believe it this was our experience. We walked in and we didn’t know if we were supposed to Seat ourselves or stay in there and so we literally stood there for a few minutes with nobody say anything to us before we decided to just seat ourselves. I don’t think I’ve ever felt so ignored by another human being in my life. Cats pay more attention to you than these people did! we sit down we have no drinks and nobody offers to get us any drinks for at least five minutes. Finally we get a coffee and tea. We order our food and I am very specific about the onions bring sautéed because they hurt my stomach. They are not sautéed when I get my food. I send it back. They sautée it with significantly less vegetables than the first time. My husband almost had to slurp his drink to get a refill. Tammie our waitress did offer to get me some water and a second cup of coffee. Generaally at this point in a meal we are on a third cup. She also brought us extra napkins. We are completely done eating and have stacked our plates. She tossed onto the table with nary a word to us. The table next to us was cleared but NEVER wiped down even after the girl swept the floor underneath. We decided to just sit there until our ticket was brought. She thumped the paper ticket onto the table and walked away again with no words. Overall this actually deserves negative stars. I wish I had cash that I could have put on the table and walked out without a word!

Staff is VERY rude. Not only to each other but guests as well. I feel sorry for the people that have to work with these people and deal with them everyday. I’ve worked in this industry for almost 20 years and this is by far the worst of the worst in oxford. Staff doesn’t want to do their job. I’m sittin here listenin to I’m guessing a manager??? Ask the other cook to help the current cook and they are arguing and cussing in front of the whole dining room.

Was planning on have a nice meal with my wife in a comfy booth but obviously its to difficult to wipe them down so they had both areas with booths closed off. So we decided to order take out . Half the food was burnt . They cant build a Waffle House in oxford fast enough!!
