We usually have a wonderful time when going to this location but this last time, the girl, Briane, I believe her name was, was just a terrible server. She was talking about how poor she was, never smiled, didn’t ask us if we wanted any dessert and I mentioned when I ordered I might want some afterward, didn’t ask us if we needed anything after our food was given to us, didn’t ask us if everything was OK, nothing and we were sitting at the counter! She even told us after we sat down that we would probably get wet from the dishes being done. I said as long as you don’t go crazy we will be fine. She didn’t like that. The food was not bad but it’s definitely been better. The crew that used to work in the evening, Charles and his kids as well as shae and I can never remember the girls name but she is amazing. Never has to write anything down and gets everything 100% correct. They were always fun and outgoing and we always enjoyed being there. We might call next time before we go to see who is working because that wasn’t an enjoyable time at all.

This bustling little cafe was jamming out to 80’s rock, the food was delicious and the portions were generous. The hash browns were tasty and so was the Western omelette. And the hot chocolate was creamy and delicious with whipped cream on top. I would definitely eat here again when I’m in the area.

Ordered curbside and I had to go inside to get the food and was missing 1 of my sides from my order as soon as I walked out they decided to lock the doors 15 minutes before they closed. They weren’t even trying to fix my issue. All they cared about was getting off of work. First time eating at this location and I know not to come around the evening shift to deal with the same useless staff.

So disappointed. Won’t be back. My patty melt was so burned couldn’t even eat. We were the only two here by the way. Look at the pictures is that how you leave a restaurant while your employees stand back there and talk? So very disappointed. Was looking forward to my lunch and come in to dirty tables and burned food. Your employees have no one else to wait on and their back there talking and playing on cell phones while the tables sit her dirty with dirty dishes.

Still good homestyle food for a good price but portions have gotten smaller. Their cleanliness and safe food handling are suspect. When my salad was not in my takeout order the waitress made it using the same cutting board that is used for preparing sandwiches and other prep work. She used the same gloves that she wore while ringing up my order and handling cash. I had hoped for their cleanliness Trend to continue after reopening but apparently they have gone back to old habits and I won’t be returning anytime soon
