I was just at the Huddle house in Murray, Ky. I ordered a bacon, egg cheese melt . We were with another couple We waited probably 15 to 20 minutes for our order. When it arrived my melt had turned into a bacon egg sandwich, there was no grits because the last shift didn’t make any more and would take 30 more minutes to fix. I asked for french fries or tater tots as a substitute but was told it couldn’t be done. The only thing they would offer was biscuit and gravy. The manager was quite rude. Why would I want biscuit and gravy with a bacon egg cheese melt. We went ahead and took the biscuit and gravy to not get the waitress in trouble. Then when the bill came , we were charged for a bacon egg sandwich which cost more than what I ordered, The whole experience was not good from start to finish,because when we went to pay she swiped our card to the other couples bill and they said there was no way to fix it, we could just settle up with the other couple. Not good management, nor training of your system. I have been a customer there for as long as Huddle House has been in Murray. This is about the 3rd go round with them here, I’m going to have to think about it before I go back.

Okay I love breakfast food, but going to huddle house always disgusts me. They never wear gloves when making the food, and the person cooking looks dirty. We’re not suppose to judge others but I would want someone clean to be making my food if they plan on not wearing gloves.

I love the huddle house. Super friendly environment and they always get my order right! They have very handsome male employees, and they food was very high quality. Two double cheeseburgers for 7.29!! And fries!!

This place was awful. My girlfriend and I placed our orders, and it took nearly an hour and thirty minutes before we received our food. They didn’t get our orders right, and we had to get our own condiments after asking three times. Never eating at the Huddle House in Murray again.

Went for breakfast. Waited 45 minutes for my food. The waitress finally comes and says the cook was late today and hasn’t even started my order yet and it will be another 20 minutes. (It’s was not busy and nobody else in the restaurant was getting their food either). Terrible service

Very young staff and semi they always have friends and their G/F AND B/F hanging out, I spent 15 minutes at the register waiting to pay for my meal and my waitress was higher than a kite. People winder why they don’t get good tips. Sad, sad, sad!!!

Huddle House in Murray KY, college town bye closes now at midnight! I thought the in Paris TN was inconvenient closing at 10:00 PM. So started frequenting the KY location several years ago. Huddle House is known for 24 hour service….or was. HH also have mobile text coupon offers which note the Murray KY location refuses to honor. Recently tried to use the ‘bogo entree free’ when paying was told had to print these. The text plainly state to show text to server from phone! Food used to be great at this location as well….now if you g er to what is ordered and it’s hot…lucky you! After Years of visiting the Murray KY location these changes force me elsewhere! Waffle House or ihop probably.

-10 we normally eat there at least once a week but today was a absolute disaster, my daughters pancakes were burnt, had to send my scrambled eggs back because the were bad runny and gross, my bacon undercooked, and when the ride waitress finally brought my grits that she forgot, the grits were like pure water… so disappointed with my food today… $53 DOLLARS WASTED
