Greeted as soon as I walked In the door. The staff are very friendly. Cooks are friendly as well. Best food and customer service I’ve had in a very long time. The manager (his name was JR I believe) is awesome and seems to know what he is doing. All staff was happy and smiling. The restaurant was very clean as well. I will be a returning customer!

I can’t say enough good things about our experience. We were passing through and stopped for a late breakfast. The restaurant was rather busy. There were two cooks and two waitresses. Sherry was our waitress. Everyone hustled and kept things running smoothly. The food was perfect. Very delicious!! Thank you, Ladies, for your hard work and dedication to your customers!!

Do not eat here. We brought 3 parties to this place and the food was typical Huddle House food and the service was good despite only one cook and one waitress. After eating we presented the waitress with a 20% off coupon from our email we signed up for and from the app on our phones. We were told by the cook they did not honor coupons or discounts of any kind, I clouding senior citizen, military, or first responder. He got the manager on the phone and I spoke to her personally and she confirmed. The reason given was that the owner told them he was a private owner and under no obligation to honor chain discounts. I guess so much for the soldiers that fought for free enterprise, even for immigrant families.

Me and Jenny popped in this evening as we are staying in the hotel next door. Yes friendly staff who greeted us as soon as we walked in. We initially thought it might be good as it was very busy inside. I will admit, the staff were hard to understand due to their strong accents and mine was unfamiliar to them as I’m British.

I’ve been here at the Monticello Huddle House on second shift many days over several months. I received very good customer service from a friendly cook and waiting staff continually. I just finished a sirloin tip meal with mushroom gravy and a potato which I turned to Manhattan style and it hit the spot. You know, the spot in the center of my stomach. Come try it.
