Awesome that they have a small area for truck parking! Stopped by for that very reason. Yes, the service was slow, but to be fair, there was only one waitress on duty and she was doing the best that she could. The food was hot and it was pretty good. Not a huge selection, but the prices were reasonable.

Normally good food. Service little slow but good food. But this weekend the cook was more interested in running people off than cooking. Ordered Western omelette and none of the vegetables or cheese was even room temp we’re taking out of refrigerator and thrown in and egg folded over. If the management keeps this cook I will no longer go there. I wanted 5 days to post this so that I wasn’t still upset.

Found this place just traveling back and forth along the highway. Was not disappointed in the slightest! The MVP breakfast setup is just the absolute best for those who enjoy home style breakfasts at an affordable price. Have been back multiple times since and haven’t had a single issue with the place yet. Even the desserts are amazing and set at cheaper prices than most similar setups of competitors.

Very clean and very good. The staff was very nice as well! My husband has been going with his friend for breakfast so we tried the dinner tonight. The chili was very good. We both had the BLT. It was good, just needed more bacon.

I had the Southern Smothered Country Sausage platter and it was excellent. I made a couple requests for the order and ordered it to go and it was made exactly the way I wanted. It was fresh, warm, and delicious. Thank you, Huddle House. I will definitely order this again!!

The food was good and quick, but the service was slacking. We sat there for at least 10 minutes before the server came to get our drink order. She was really nice after that, but we were ready to walk out right before she came to the table.

We have been to Huddle House on a few occasions, and every time, the food has been exceptional. They have a good breakfast menu as well as lunch and dinner. They have a sort of country diner type of feel to them. My mother’s favorite is biscuits and gravy with eggs and sausage piled on top. My favorite meal is their jalapeno burger with barbecue sauce to dip the fries in. The only thing that keeps me from giving them a solid 5 is the wait is usually a bit longer than we’re used too, but it’s well worth it. There have been a few times when there was only one waitress working, but if you are the patient and understanding type, it’s easy to get past that tiny flaw, especially once you taste their wonderful food.

The $5.00 menu has breakfast and lunch options AND includes a drink! A million times better food, large portions and better atmosphere than McDonalds. My servers have always been warm and friendly. Yesterday I had 2 eggs, bacon, grits, Texas toast and my drink for $5.00…at a sit down restaurant with real cooks in view and an attentive server. Can’t get better than that! (PS…the waffle with strawberry and whipped cream topping for only $4.00 is awfully good too!)

Worst service ever. Granddaughter ordered the kids smiley face pancake. It came borderline burnt with no smiley face had to send back. I ordered just a plain old grilled cheese with well done fries. They brought me an “adult” grilled cheese with bacon, swiss and American cheese. When I told her it wasn’t right, I’d just ordered a plain old grilled cheese. She looked completely confused and said, “you want me to just take the bacon off?” I told her no I don’t want a grilled cheese that tastes like bacon . To just forget it and bring me fries, which were not well done as ordered and cold. My husband’s burger was over cooked and dry. I really don’t care to ever go back. Horrible experience.
