Stopped in for some breakfast for dinner before they got busy. Told the chef to make me whatever he felt like. Ended up with the best mcgriddle you’ll ever find, he called it “The Menace” from his secret menu. The staff was great, chatted for a bit, ate more than I should have, and had to go home to nap after. The staff was great, thanks Buddy, Amanda, and Danielle!

This is one of the most pleasant restaurants we have visited on our trip across the country. The owner and the staff were so very welcoming it was a pleasure to dine in this establishment. The food was delivered piping hot and it was delicious. The waitress was very solicitous and provided everything that we asked for without difficulty. Highly recommend this establishment for the traveler who is in need of a very delicious quick meal before getting back on to interstate 70. Kudos to the staff!

Huddle House in Greenville IL is our new favorite indulgence! Not only is the food absolutely amazing with its home cooked flavor, Buddy and John serve it up hot and fresh every single time! The owner Miss Vicki not only leads by example with her kind and welcoming hospitality, she is always supporting her crew with whatever they need from cooking to serving and everything in between! We always get great service but Robin is hands down our favorite and one of the the top reasons we make it a point to always stop and eat in Greenville. She knew my husband is having a hard time walking, they weren’t really busy, so she saw us coming in and came and opened the door and held it open till we got in, the cook did a fantastic job on the meal, served piping hot! . Amanda made a balloon animal for my husband, made his day! She took the time to listen to his order, had trouble getting his words right, but she got it. Where else in town can you get a hot meal and a balloon!?
