Had not been to a Huddle House in years so thought to give this a try. It was at a gas station with a casino – so expectations were not real high. What a pleasant surprise. Inside was clean and neat. Had excellent service and great food. We would go here again.

Wait staff don’t pay any attention to customers. You have to wave them down. It would be better to have a self ordering station and fill up your own drinks. Menu is fantastic. But service horrible. Saw many customers walk out after waiting forever. They were never greeted. Waited forever to get staff attention to get a menu, waited forever to get drinks and you will never get a refill. Brought food without utensils, no napkins, no condiments. You felt like you were impositioning the staff, whom were not personable. Felt like the twilight zone. Restaurant could be better with better staff who like people since food is good.

My friend Katie and I went eat here today , this was my first time eating at huddle house . The food was really good ! I got the strawberry a cream pancakes with egg and ham . I didn’t really care for the ham all that much but our waiter brought me some bacon instead an I was satisfied. Deborah was our waitress a she did a very good job !!

I was in this morning and Keahna was my waitress. She was attentive and friendly. Even though there were a good many customers, I did not have a long wait and the restaurant was clean. I enjoy coming to the location in Grand Coteau because the staff is always so nice and the environment is relaxing in the morning before I start my day. The manager, Deborah,, always recognizes and pleasantly greats me.

Was such a disappointment! Customer service was poor. Food atrocious!!!!!!! Over 35 minutes we waited for a stuffed hashbrown breakfast. After the wait it was not edible. Terrible really. Hash brown were overcooked. Couldn’t find potatoes on either plate. Crunchy doesn’t even describe it. It was a disappointment a disaster .

If I could give a -0 I would. We ordered breakfast and to our surprise a long stand of hair is under the hash browns on two of the plates. We beckoned for the waitress and was informed that happened on another order. Well, are the cooks wearing hairnets. This is our first and last time dining here. Our waitress was very professional and courteous.
