So I found this morning that you can’t always trust the rating of a place… Sometimes, you have to check it out yourself. I had the absolute best service and breakfast in town. Real scrambled eggs and sausage patties cooked the way that I like them, a real biscuit!! The fruit bowl had sweet watermelon and the grapes were not squishy.. the food was fresh served hot and the orange juice was right on time. My server, well she was a pure delight. I appreciate a smiling face and good conversation. Exceptional job today Briana!

This is the worst restaurant to go to. The company as a whole is unorganized, discriminative, and work their employees against state labor law regulations. The service is slow and the employees are always chitchatting with eachother. The management team is what closed this restaurant down the first time and surely the new managers, who are operating under the same crooked morals and procedures, will be its second downfall. Someone needs to get the health department in there , they are regularly out of sanitizer and the freezers aren’t holding proper temps. They don’t properly clean any of the cooking surfaces and appliances, such as dirty grease traps and friars, rinsing vs washing omelet mixers and so on. The employees hardly wear gloves and hair nets arent holding all of the hair in place . The place is an absolute disaster. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone . the food isnt better than waffle house nor is it cheaper so why waste ur money on such a terrible dining experience?

Second time I visited this place and I actually like it. Alicia was our server and she did a great job, and was so nice to our parents that came over from abroad. Alicia is just very enthousiastic. The food was good, we all had breakfast dishes, it came in a bit slow, there were not that many people but it is not a waffle house. The have very nice old country music on and the place was clean and good atmosphere, when we left the kitchen crew said goodbye, yeah, nice place and great location.

Took an hour to get our food, bacon was soft raw and hash browns were not crunchy and you can see how much they give you in my pictures. Bathroom required you to get your toilet paper off the floor

Frys werr almost old or dry they were warm and we had a huddle up plater it manly focused on fryes instead of the other items kinda dissapionted would have even payed a little more for the flavorful items and the breakfast was blad seasonless and waited 30 mins with a low occupancy

I have been a fan of Huddle House for a good 30 years and have gone to get a good meal, any meal any time of the day all over the south. That being said, I have never seen one as large and nice as this one in Willis TX, if it’s not their flag ship I would really love to see the one that is.

We came in and ordered….There were six or seven people working. I took 40 minutes to get a simple breakfast order. I will admit that the food was really good! The biscuits and gravy was to die for! Crispy hashbowns and bacon! Perfectly cooked eggs! Really enjoyable food! Was I guess worth the wait!
