We went to the Haymount House last night and all of us loved our dinner! The atmosphere is so charming and we were seated by a beautiful picture window. My husband and I had the free range chicken dinner and it was delicious. For an appetizer the beet salad is a must to try! My brother had the salmon dish and he said it was the best he ever had. The service was terrific and everyone was so friendly. i would definitely recommend the Haymount house. Thanks to David and staff for a great evening out in Westchester!

Excellent! My homemade pasta with lamb ragu was amazing and my boyfriend’s duck was the best he ever had. The fireplace was super romantic and the service was excellent. The owner even personally greeted us. We had an excellent experience and really excellent food- and we are real foodies!

Very disappointed. Ate there tonight and the restaurant was cold, no heat! The food was not even fair. What was described on the menu was not what we received on our plates. The portions were small and not worth the money. One appetizer was a beet salad, they were not even fresh they were marinated probably from a jar -this is suppose to be farm to table. The dessert looked as if they shared one dessert among four of us. Service was poor and very unorganized- wait staff running all over the place-2 waiters and 3 servers for a large “upscale” restaurant! No one refilled our water. No wine list, waiter said we do not have an extensive list so I can tell you what we have.We went out to celebrate a friend’s birthday and was very embarrassed and disappointed. Spoke to waiter and owner and both gave me different excuses for what was wrong. Will not return – a waste of a beautiful building!

We were impressed with the white columned facade, vaguely reminiscent of Tara as we enterd through the portals of HHH ,a new restaurant featuring nouveau Amercana. The major disappointment was the food ….scallops just do not make a great carpaccio. The pork chop was too salty reminisent of a hamsteak, etc. My major complaint however was the acoustics. For a moment I thought I was at my grandchild’s Bat Mitzvah. HHH still needs alot of work

Very disappointed. The place is beautiful, and the service was good, but the food was bland and far from being gournet, which is what we were expecting from such a beautiful place, with such high prices. There was very little food on the plate, and we ended up filling ourself with the bread and the butter. Needless to say we left hungry, and disappointed. We will not be returning again, which is such a shame since it’s a beautiful place.
