We loved our experience here. It was our first time. Staff was friendly and efficient. Alexis was an awesome and knowledgeable waitress, Dante was such an attentive and polite busser, and the proprietor, Matt was extremely welcoming and helpful in making dining decisions! It is so clear to see how everyone is very well trained and takes pride in what they do! Drinks were delicious and consistent. I ordered the Storm on the Hudson. So good! Espresso martinis were also wonderful. Food was amazing and sooo tasty! My first time having gnudi and I cannot wait to have them again! The filling was perfect! Cesar salad was tasty with crunchy croutons. Roasted chicken and steak au poivre were wonderful…and those fries !!!! My new favorite dessert is sticky toffee pudding! We cannot wait to go back for another impeccable dining experience!

I went to Hudson House for dinner with my mom on a whim last night after not being in for years. We were so happy with the food and service. Everything was truly delicious and our server was so kind and made some great recommendations. Also, best Espresso Martini I have ever had! You feel well cared for when you are dining here and I can’t wait to go back again soon!

I have absolutely found a new favorite restaurant which is Hudson House. Everything about the experience from walking in to walking out is incredible. The staff are amazing, personable, intentional, kind, energetic and so much more. Our go to server is Jose and he is a firecracker! The owner Matt is so kind and engaged with all customers. The stories you’ll hear from his background and of the restaurant’s history are special! My fave plates are: short rib, gnudi, tiger shrimp pasta and OF COURSE crack pie!

Hosted my bridal shower here back in June and it was everything I could have ever imagined and more. The space is beautiful and the food is great, but what made it amazing was the wonderful staff working the event. They were so helpful and kind, and they made the event go so smoothly. They even helped us take down some of the elaborate decorations afterwards. I would highly recommend the Hudson House to anyone looking for a small-medium sized private event space! We had about 50 people and the space was just perfect. Thank you to everyone at Hudson House!

Upon arriving, we were warmly greeted by one of the owners of the establishment named Matt (who also happens to make the delectable desserts here). We stopped in Nyack to break up a long drive and fortuitously found the Hudson House on Google map. Matthew Hudson could not have been more hospitable, explaining the history of the extraordinary decor and building. The food, service and ambiance were all fantastic. (And the desserts were worth every calorie). We will definitely go out of our way to return to the Hudson House. It’s also lovely to note that his daughter is working in the front of the house with him and the chef is a close friend of the family who went off to culinary school and is now running a first class kitchen.

Had a fantastic dining experience at Hudson House this past weekend. The wait staff, service staff, and owner went above and beyond expectations. The grilled octopus was cooked to perfection and the entrees and desert were excellently prepared and tasted fantastic. Overall a phenomenal experience made even better by the exceptional quality of service we received. The owner Matt Hudson even took time to explain some of his hand-carved art which was a delight. Would highly recommend Hudson House to anyone.

Hudson House has been around forever in Nyack. It’s our default “fancy” restaurant, and for good reason, because the food is consistently good, they have decent seasonal menu switch ups and their desserts are to die for. They also have a great cocktail menu with interesting and delicious mixed drinks and a great wine selection. They also have oysters if you’re into that. Staff is friendly and professional. It also has charming tin ceilings and walls. Definitely recommended, but make a reservation, especially if you’re trying to go on a holiday or weekend night.

Really had a nice time here. Went for dinner and we had the steak for 2 with the roasted potatoes and broccoli rabe. Everything came out perfectly and delicious. The dessert was really good as well. Nice service too.
