I usually tip well above 25% just to help service staff, but just don’t do that here. Mediocre service, they give you the SMALLEST tenders that are burned and shriveled, then just talk amongst each other and do mostly nothing. The place is a mess, just feels gross walking in. Staff are genuinely in a “idgaf” mood at all times and could care less. I get it’s a fast food location but they take it to such a laughable level that I’m surprised that whomever calls themself “leadership” hasn’t stepped in. Just go to the one in Altamonte. It’s way better.

My parents come here often so I decided to try it out. This chicken spot is delicious. The staff is very welcoming and the restaurant is very clean. The chicken is super juicy and crispy. It reminds me a lot of the restaurant Raising Canes on the west coast. The entrees are filling. Instead of spending your money elsewhere for chicken, come here.

My daughter ❤ Tenders so we decided to stop in to eat and chat it up. Loved the decor and the cleanliness of this location. The customer service was excellent and the Tenders were better than Guthrie’s, Zaxby’s and others alike. The tea was nice and sweeeet just like me ! The food is flavorful and the chicken is tender. Good portion sizes. Decent prices and friendly employees. The only downfall is that just about everytime I’ve been in there the tables haven’t been wiped down from the customers who are at them previously.

I have visited this location many times with an awesome experience each time. Today, I found a nail in my tire and had to make other arrangements to go and pick up my food. The staff was extremely understanding and generous towards me. They offered to make my meal again so it would be fresh, and even added a cookie. Thank you so much!
