Delicious!!! Brisket sandwich melted in mouth. My husband had the half rack of ribs and said it was very tasty. Don’t forget to save room for dessert!!! Fried Oreo’s with ice cream or Banana Pudding! So glad this is in Hickory!!!! Very quick and friendly staff

I had the brisket and rib plate and the wife had the smoked turkey breast both plates were huge and delicious. Classic sauce was not my favorite but the eastern was really good.

This is EXACTLY what this town needed!!! The food here is absolutely amazing!!!! The ribs are fall on the bone with a spectacular rub and the brisket is great and seasoned and smoked perfectly! We will definitely be back and be bringing more people with us to try it out on the next visit. To the owner: Keep doing what yall are doing! Don’t change anything! But it would be nice if some smoked wings were added to the menu at some point….fingers crossed!! Keep up the great work!

First time visit: Service was prompt, friendly. We ordered pulled pork sandwiches. The meat was juicy and tender served with slaw and dill pickles on the sandwich. Hearty crinkle fries included. You could select other more unique sides for a modest upcharge. There were 3 BBQ sauce selections for you to add at your table. Overall, a pleasant dining experience. We will be back.

They got all the kinks worked out, which is standard for any new business opening. Awesome bark on the brisket. Great wait staff and the owner is a down to earth nice guy. Go try the turkey. Hard to find smoked turkey breast that is moist.

Amazing 10/10! I order the pulled pork with two side ( cream corn and green bean casserole) and it comes with hush puppies. It was delicious and I had left overs, so it is definitely plenty. Chris was very hospitable and is amazing at what he does! We will definitely be back, the pork is great but Im excited to try the brisket!
