food is tastless. i ordered a veg sandwich, and they gave me chicken and then later changed it. Many thanks for that. However, they can add some species or herbs or condiments to make it tasty

45 minutes to wait for the food. As no guacamole available, decided to give me the food without it. Terrible service, if your phone doesn’t open menu you can’t order. The options are very limited and is very expensive for the food served.

Had a decent little quick beer here. But there was already a delay of 15 minutes or more right at the gate for food. Pretty unacceptable at 3:30 in the afternoon. Did not feel welcomed by bar staff who seemed a bit flustered in overwhelmed. Not to say they weren’t nice but that they were without a doubt not enjoying themselves

I was surprised how tasteful were my enchiladas. I am normally not very enthusiastic about mexican or tex-mexican food and even less sympathetic about restaurants in the airport (travelers’ traps, in general). To pair with this bias, average scores for Hugos were at 3.3 level. What could I expect? So, a positive surprise was the outcome of my enchiladas… and the fried beans were amazing but at a really reduced volume, unfortunately… I would give 5 if more beans were in my plate…

We got to the restaurant, were seated right away and we’re immediately warned the food could take upwards of half an hour which is fine. The kitchen can be busy, no problem there.

I had enchilada and I will never going to eat here. The food is trash. The rice over cooked and tasteless. They should be ashamed to have a restaurant like this inside the airport. I am so disappointed. I only gave them one star because my simple Lemonade juice

I had to grab some breakfast while waiting for my flight and saw Hugo’s. To order you need to scan the QR code and open the app. The process was easy and quick and my breakfast was brought to me in about 5 minutes after ordering. I ordered the huevos rancheros which where served on a tortilla shell. I ad no idea what to expect but found myself pleasingly surprised how well this meal tasted. There was a slight spice that really gave this plate a kick. I need to get the recipe. The waiter was also attentative which I give him credit since the place was busy and I only saw two waiters. Thumbs up.

While I didn’t expect this location to be anything close to the real Hugo’s restaurant, this failed to meet even the already low bar I expected.

We sat at the bar and watched the bartender try his best to keep up. Place was far too busy and they didn’t have enough staff to cope. The almost $20 margarita was subpar and the $13 chips and guacamole came with stale chips. The beef quesadilla was nice. The bartender was doing his best but needed some help. Sadly not too many other options in Terminal D.

You need to use an application to order, and pay online. No photo, no details about the dishes. I also ordered an orange juice, but got no glass. The client does the job of a waiter/waitress, I bet that next time, the restaurant will ask the client to cook his own meal. Really awful, perfectly disrespectful. Stay away !!!!
