I have worked in the restaurant industry for awhile; from California, Las Vegas, Edge of Atlanta, to Mississippi as a dishwasher to a recognized Chef and this food was perfect my father and I ate today. I have worked in high end seafood to Hawaiian style food and I rate this a 10 from 1 out of 10. My father had the blue crab, shrimp, and fried big oysters. I had Hawaiian style chicken, beef, and short ribs. We will be back!!!
