We finally tried Hummus after driving by for several years and it did not disappoint. We both had the Shawarma sandwich and we’re very pleased with the flavors and the size of the wrap! The owner was very friendly and answered our questions. We will be going back soon!

Authentic Lebanese food. The tabbouleh and the rice were almost exactly how my mom and grandmother make it. I normally don’t like falafel but they gave me some to try and it was delicious. Definitely coming back.

10/5 stars – I cannot wait to return for seconds! Hummus Cuisine is a true gem. The falafel sandwich was especially delicious and an absolute must. My only complaint is that I did not have room for another. Pro tip: order a side of hummus to kick it up a notch. I foolishly waited until halfway through the meal before this realization. The sandwich itself was assembled with care and every bite felt balanced from start to finish.

Fantastic!! The couple who owns it are the absolute cutest and are so sweet. They really took a lot of pride in their food – and they should! It was absolute perfection. We had the falafel plate and the falafel sandwich, both were 10/10! Very filling but didn’t feel heavy at all. We can’t wait to be repeat customers!
