Had this place on My list for a while and finally went today. Had the chicken kabob white meat plate and the chicken was definitely on point. One of the best I’ve had in LA or anywhere for that matter. Their hummus is also deserving of being in the restaurant name, I should have ordered more to go!

If you are reading this, just go ahead and order. This is hands down one of the best places to get Mediterranean food. Everything we had was so fresh and delicious. The owner is also a very friendly and sweet person. Location is great and easy to find. Parking was not a problem during the week when we went for lunch. If you dine in or door dash you will not be disappointed. I also heard they cater events too!

I was super excited to try this from the pics which looked amazing. Indeed they put in a lot of effort in presentation. However I was extremely disappointed to find out that their platters are something like 90% rice dressed in some meat. You can see my posted pictures of the remaining rice (taken after I’ve eaten a bunch of it). The meat quality and taste were not bad but it just feels like cheating if a restaurant does that.

I got the shawarma nachos beef and chicken. It was yummy, I didn’t know the chips would be Pita Chips, so that was a great surprise. on top is garlic hummus and it was amazing. Definitely recommend coming here, I liked the beef more. It was more sweet than salty though. But I guess that’s how shawarma should be ? I never had it before this, but it was great. I recommend sharing the nachos, I did not finish my own box at all.

What’s not to love? Hummus Labs offers the best Mediterranean dishes in the area. Highly recommend that all dishes be paired with an extra order of their pita chips and garlic paste. You won’t regret it. It’s an absolute must and will always leave you wanting more.

This is far and away the best Mediterranean food I have ever eaten. While the dishes may seem ordinary, they have a level of sincerely delicious sauce and spices unlike anywhere else. The “nachos” are a delightful fusion affair, with crisp seasoned pita chips and rich saucy meat. We got four dipping sauces, each of which was uniquely spiced and flavorful. Don’t confuse this with ordinary Mediterranean offerings: this is a unique treat we will definitely return to. Almost Ethiopian-level spiced sauces. Simply wonderful.
