For fans of Oasis (Iowa City) or Amsterdam Falafel (Omaha) this one sits right between both literally on a cross country drive and in quality! These are my three favorite Mediterranean pitta/hummus/falafel joints. Fresh ingredient. Fresh made falafel. Quality and well spiced meats (chicken and beef shawarma, lamb and beef gyro, chicken gyro). Pita baked in house with stone ground winter wheat. What’s not to love?
