I got a bunch of food to feed some guests at my house. Everything was delicious and so fresh! The employees were also really nice and great to work with. My guests were very impressed and everyone went home with leftovers. I learned the trick to ordering online is to order through Google, not the Hummus Republic website. Love the variety of things they offer for vegetarians and vegans.

The woman who helped us was extremely kind and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was delicious (my 3 year old even loved it!) I had a bowl with couscous, traditional hummus, tahini, and an array of vegetables. So good!

This is my new favorite lunch spot in Louisville. It’s kind of like Chipotle but for Mediterranean food. There are so many choices for toppings and sauces it’s almost overwhelming. Keep coming back to try the rest, or load up your bowl with more — most do not cost extra.
