We love this place and ordered online as we normally do. Everything on the order was correct and the quality was superb. However my disappointment was on the amount of kale that was added to my bowl which felt like a ridiculous amount, not to mention having hefty stems. I wish there was an option online for light kale/salad. If this was your bowl, how would you feel?

I had a great experience at Hummus Republic. I was so excited to see that they had 4 different hammus to choose from, their food is delicious and full of flavor and their atmosphere is very welcoming. It was my first time there so I was unsure on what to get and how to but a bowl together. Suzie was very knowledgeable and attentive, with her help I was able to put a very taste bowl together. The portions are big. They have in door and outdoor seating.

This was my first time visiting Hummus Republic. It was the perfect atmosphere to try Mediterranean food with expert guidance from the workers to build my own bowl. The options were flavorful and authentic. There menu has many gluten free and vegan options to choose from as well. There was plenty of seating to dine in. I can’t wait to visit again!

Very tasty stuff if you like Middle Eastern food. You get to pick what you want on your bowl, wrap or pita. Lots of good options, and it was all good. I especially liked the stuffed grape leaves. Interesting variety of lemonade. Cucumber jalapeno was shockingly good. That was the oddest flavor.

This place is the Chipotle of Mediterranean food. Fresh and fast. So many options! I could eat here everyday for a month and get new things every time and love every one of them. All the different hummus options and meats and veggie add ons. My pita sandwich was overflowing so much I put a second pita underneath to catch all the stuff that dropped out and had a second pita sandwich!

Went with my husband to dine in. It was cold outside. Chairs were cold too. Not cozy like other restaurants. The inside is modern, minimalistic, and felt spacious enough. Clean. The employees were nice to us..that’s important:) We got a bowl and shared it. It’s not really my cup of tea, but my taste buds are really picky. They make it look really delicious and colorful and inviting. I always like to try things at least once.

Love this place. Went as a newb and they were SO NICE. I have been back several times. The spicy lemonade is great too but I love the hummus and the fried pita. I prefer the wraps to the bowls but really, all the food is great.
