Okay I wasn’t sure about this place but I’ll tell you the barbecue is off the charts it was absolutely delicious. The music was not what you would expect in a barbecue joint it felt more like a Mexican wedding. I had a margarita I would not buy another one here the glass was so tiny and half filled with ice so you only got about four sips for $13. It angers me that bartenders even serve something like this. I’m sorry about the picture of the bread pudding it was so good we ate most of it before I thought to take a picture.

We had heard about Humo so we’re excited to visit. Wow is all we can say! Loved the ambiance and music. Our server, Rosa, was so attentive. And the food…we can’t wait to go back! Brisket, chicken, Mac and cheese and more…all seriously yummy! The churro banana pudding….it really is one of a kind! Seriously one of the best dates we’ve ever had.

I was looking for a place to take my husband for his birthday, This place happened to pop up on my feed magical. I read the reviews and always love a good BBQ place. I thought what the heck! Let’s give it a shot. I’m so glad we did. We had the 2 family style dinners to share with our large party. So delicious at every bite. Excellent service team. Beautiful inside. It’s a must to try. We can not stop talking about this place. Cannot wait to go back.

If you’re looking for a good American bbq spot, check out Humo. Pop up location inside the Gambit. 2 meats and 2 sides for $21. All of their sides were on point. I really enjoyed their corn elotes. Mac and cheese was creamy and their baked beans had a good flavor but expect them to be more like a refried bean texture. We had the roasted chicken, spicy sausage, ribs, brisket and burnt ends. We found the brisket to be dry and burnt ends were similar to the brisket, and not so burnt. We could have did away with that dish and be overall satisfied. We finished it with the churros bread pudding. That was a nice way to clean the palate. Service was good – plenty of parking and food came out quick. We showed up around 4pm on a Saturday.
