Terrible. I just went there today. Asked for the combination beef and broccoli with no beef, just the broccoli. There was extra beef and it was cold and lousy. The chicken fingers were old and tasted like they cooked them days ago and warmed them up. The won ton chips were stale. This place has definitely gone down hill. We found a place we love in Lewiston but I was lazy and didn’t want to drive, I won’t make that mistake again.

The waitress was very nice. The food on the other hand, I really believe it was leftover from the buffet and warmed up in the microwave. The beef teriyaki tasted old and ransid. I’m thinking this because I see a lot of good reviews but unfortunately we won’t be rushing back.

My first thoughts were “oh no” only because it was Not busy inside. However while i waited for my food, the phone kept ringing and people kept coming in for their orders. When I got home to try their food for the first time, I was not disappointed! I love their greenbeans. Great Chinese food spot.

I stopped in to try Hunan House on the qay to work one day. I keep it simple. My favorites to get are the house fried rice and house chow mein. Their egg rolls are very good too. Very friendly owners. 1 and only 1 dislike is not of the food nor service but they charge 3% towards credit card sales. I do not agree or think it’s good to charge a fee for using a card. I understand card companies charge establishments but 3% on top of tax and tip is not what i would charge if i was a buisness owner.

Not all, but I’ve to most Chinese restaurants in the LA area, and some beyond. IMHO Hunan House is the best. Their food always tastes fresh and is always delicious! My favorite is the Szechuan Chicken. Mwahhh, superb! An extensive menu, prices on par, even lower than some other Chinese restaurants in the area. For a really good deal get the family dinner for 2. You get 2 egg rolls, 2 crab rangoons, 2 chicken wings, 2 pints of wonton soup, 1 pint of pork fried rice, and your choice of 2 entrees. All for $25. Not bad, eh? Check out Beyond Menu for easy on line ordering for pick up or delivery. And, delivery is fast! Go to Hunan House when you have a hankerin’ for Chinese food. You won’t be disappointed.

Great lo mein and chicken fingers, chicken teriyaki, and fried rice wasn’t very good, rangoons were just okay. Customer service was a little rude on the phone but very nice in person lol

The food was bland and just all around terrible. We actually had to put salt on our Chinese food. I’ve never had to say that about any Chinese food before. The service was quick and friendly, but we will not be returning…

Clean interior, attentive service well prepared food. Best Chinese food we’ve had in Lewiston/Auburn area. Chicken was flavorful and crispy underneath the gooey hot barbecue sauce. The broccoli in garlic sauce was fresh and al dente with perfectly cut celery and carrots. The sauce was flavorful and spicy with red pepper flakes. My husband like the fried rice as the rice wasn’t gummy.

Do not recommend eating here. Worst Chinese Food we have ever eaten. We ordered online and when we got there to pick it up they hadn’t even started our order.

Didn’t get the 3 egg rolls we ordered in the take out order. Not even worth going back out and driving 20 minutes round trip to get them. Likely won’t be back.
