DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!! Ordered chicken and broccoli and I’ve never seen it like this before. The chicken looked raw and the base smelled like vinegar. First and last time. Should’ve listened to the reviews.

We have been loyal customers for more than a decade and today they lost our patronage due to substandard food and service. They regularly short us on one thing or another but Hunan Palace is one of the few places our kid likes. Today we ordered $65 worth of food and it was definitely not worth it. The picture attached shows the egg drop soup with a hair in it. We ordered vegetarian lo mein and rangoons and they gave us shrimp fried rice and shrimp rolls. I have a shellfish allergy. When I called them to let them know, the lady who took our order argued with me and then hung up on me. I was calling to let them know to check the other person’s order because they won’t be getting their shrimp. Too many bad orders from them. I guess I now know why there is a blown out window with a bullet hole at their establishment. 0 stars if I could. Don’t waste your hard earned money here.

DO NOT order from here! I’m surprised they’re still in business. Strike one – Ordered for pick up and was told 35-40 mins. Got there, order wasn’t ready and had to wait another 20-30 minutes. Strike two – Then when paying was told they have a new system and they have to charge me 3.5% additional for using my card. Strike three – Almost got home then got a call that they didn’t give me part of my order and to come back to get it. I could continue but they’ve already struck out!!

The food is simply not good. I ordered the Kung Pao chicken and it came out to be little vegetables with small amounts of chicken drowned in sauce. You can tell there was very little effort put into the food itself. The egg rolls almost made my wife and I throw up. I have to say this was probably the worst Chinese Food spot I have ever had. The cashier guy was nice though I will give them that.

If I could give zero stars I would. The crab Rangoon didn’t even have crab meat inside. Just a spread of cream cheese. The dumplings had a disgusting taste. Almost like it was spoiled. I really hope I don’t get food poisoning! So I only got appetizers because it was my first time here but if this went bad what more?! Never again will I order at this place.

A cozy place with a good variety of oriental foods. The wait staff were attentive. The food was warm and fresh. The place wad clean. The restaurant was easy to see from the highway. Parking was great.

Tried to order from this establishment tonight and ended up having to cancel. The front staff was alone and way over worked and overwhelmed. TOTALLY NOT HER FAULT! I was placed on hold several times, which I have no issues with. After ordering and getting my total it was almost TWICE what the total should have been according to the menu. After two more holds I asked if the prices have changed to which I was told the newly mailed out menu has the updated prices, I’ve only been in the area a week so it’s newly mailed! When I tried to ask about the prices I was cut off numerous times. I just asked politely to be able to finish what I’m saying, to which I was once again cut off mid sentence and told she didn’t have time to go over the prices and such she is too busy to listen and would I like to cancel my order. I was floored. After a moment of shocked silence I asked for my order to be cancelled. I work customer service, and would have and could have waited to be help properly. If you don’t have to time to at least let me finish a thought and a statement then you surely don’t have time for my hard earned money.

The absolute NASTIEST place I have ever eaten at! No stars! Dont waste your money. I brought the food home thinking I was going to give it to my pack…. but it’s not even good for them to eat. $60.00 down the drain. I got my food and there was hair on the egg roll, told the guy working and he picks the eggroll up with his hand and then grabs the other one… gross. The Pu Pu platter is old nuked food! Nothing is fresh there. Nothing! Photo to show that I didnt touch none of it and brought it home for the dogs…
