Gererals Chicken good and actually little spicy for once. Sizzling rice soup was good but no chicken or shrimp or bamboo shoots so wasn’t worth it really and the crab Rangoon were just OK and really small. Chicken was about only good thing with the fried rice about the place. Place isn’t made really for dining either. Very small.

If you don’t have much of a standard for Chinese takeout, I could see you enjoying this. It certainly is food. But their fried goods are absolutely soaked and dripping in oil, and their meats are so dry. I’ve never gotten food from them that tasted fresh. The rice was dry and crunchy. Overall it’s just not up to my standards. There are a lot of places in West Michigan that offer better food at the same price and are more authentic. This really is just American food. I like the staff a lot, they’re always friendly and they are always quick to get you you’re food. I hate leaving such a negative review when they’ve been so nice but the food just isn’t up to snuff. Sorry Hunan, but until you step up your game in terms of quality, two stars is the best I can give you I hope one day this place turns around because I love this area and only live a two minute drive away. But I would tell people to avoid eating here and instead go to Lai Thai Kitchen just a couple blocks away. They really put this place to shame.

For a little place out of the way, it was amazing. Came early for lunch around 11:30. The staff was friendly and sat us down immediately. A lunch deal came with rice soup, and egg roll for like 9 bucks after tax, the food arrived fast, and I got enough for lunch tomorrow too. The egg drop soup was one of the best I’ve ever had, and crab cheese was excellent. Would highly recommend.

This was my first time trying this place because I’m not in the area much. The food was different than the Chinese food I’m use to eating. I ordered Szechuan beef and my wife ordered the Mongolian chicken and both dishes were on the sweeter side. I would try this place again. Sorry I forgot to take pictures of the food. :)>

It has been many years that I haven’t visited this restaurant. It really has changed. They updated their store adding window so it looks a lot better and they got ride of those round tables. It’s really great. I ordered a dinner for 6 and it was more than what I expected and we were 8 people. It was delicious. Would recommend it.

Mongolian beef was just right! Egg rolls were very fresh and crunchy, and the egg drop soup was spinning with just enough egg whites and had sufficient vegetables. Even the fortune cookie was fresh! 5 stars!

Super good egg rolls! Also, the guy there is just awesome. He is the nicest person ever. I’ll continue to go there just to see him. He gives us hugs when we dine in there 🙂

I’ve gone over the years and always 3-4 star quality. They must have stepped up their game or I finally figured out how to order from them, but it’s been more than 5 stars as of late. Some of the best Chinese I have ever had lately.

Lunch specials also include soup, egg roll or Crab Rangoon. Fried rice is the rice included. You can also ask for white or brown rice instead. Delicious food everytime I have dined in or ordered takeout.
