food is serviceable but a bit too pricey for the quality you’re getting. Maybe it’s the price of the experience of being in a pretty ornate restaurant building. However, if you’re ordering carry-out, this is not the place for you– I’d recommend literally any other Chinese restaurant around because they give you the same thing with the same quality, at a somewhat lower price point.

Dinner tonight was quite different and I will say change is not good. I ordered the orange chicken and broccoli as stated on the menu. What I received was orange chicken and no broccoli. I asked the waitress and was told they don’t serve it anymore with Broccoli saying people don’t like cold Broccoli on the side. Its a Chinese restaurant stir-fry the Broccoli. They don’t do that. Now I’m confused because my wife’s chicken and veggies has stir fried Broccoli. Ok even though the food was good I absolutely see zero reason to return if you don’t serve whats described in the menu. Quite disappointed .

Bower Power
There is no substitute for Hunan’s all you eat sushi. You’re just not going to get a better deal around here. Walnut shrimp is also a fantastic dish. The owner(manager?) has a memory like a steel trap as well. We don’t go in that often, and yet he recalled details of our last visit and made sure we were taken care of. This is my favorite place in town, hands down.

Terrible disappointment. We got an appetizer quickly then waited 36 minutes to get one entree (Honey Chicken) that wasn’t very good and wasn’t what we ordered – I ordered General Tso’s Chicken, and got overcooked beef. The attached picture is my “chicken”
