Hands down the grossest chicken I have ever ordered anywhere. I couldn’t even take a bite of it; it was slimy, rough, and chewy. The sauce was chunky. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I ordered chicken and broccoli and could only eat the broccoli, which also had a weird taste. Do NOT recommend.

As transplanted New Yorkers we had low expectations to begin with. We hold our Chinese food to a high standard. The service wasn’t bad. Delivery was fairly quick. We were hungry and called the only place we had seen around in the few days we have been here so far. After reading the reviews we were nervous. Upon opening the food we were hopeful. It looked ok until we opened the boneless spare ribs. They were not only bad to look at but they tasted even worse. They were pretty much all fat and their color was more gray than red. This dish is a crowd favorite for us. Nobody took seconds, we didn’t even want to serve it to the dog. The rest of the food was ok, pretty lack luster. Sesame chicken had a nice kick of spice but the chicken it self was dry and there was more crispy flour pieces than crispy chicken. Everything was just eh, kinda bland. If the spare rips were better I’d probably give them 3 stars, maybe but nothing impressed us.

My husband and I have always ordered from here and food was good. Tonight we ordered chicken w/broccoli and pork w/broccoli. The sauce looked like clumps of jelly, very salty and very little pork in the rice. I ate half of mine and husband nitpicked at his. The food is just not what it used to be. Time to find another restaurant.

I ordered a delivery in which they screwed up one thing i ordered and simply forgot another 2 things and I had nothing to eat. My boyfriend ordered food in which they some how did not screw up and it was disgusting, he got very sick, and even vomited, so I guess in a way I was lucky. On top of that they did not handle their mistake right, and I did not get my money back which I should have .I will never order or eat from there again.

If I could give less I would. Worst experience we have had with customer service in a very long time. As a business owner myself, I am left utterly in shock. We called to place an order for takeout on a snowy night craving Chinese, to which the boy on the phone said he delivered to our town (6 minutes from the restaurant). He calls me back 30-40 minutes later to tell me that they do not deliver to my town. My husband, not wanting to waste the food, or be charged for it for their mistake (I had already provided card info), reluctantly went to pick it up. No apology was made and no reason for not delivering was given. So, my husband goes to pick up the food and sees 5-6 people waiting, one who told him he had been waiting an hour for his food and it still was not ready. Our food was not ready either when my husband went to pick it up, it had been an hour since we had called. Also, another customer had to go OUTSIDE and get their 2-year-old son/grandson who had wandered into the street WITHOUT any supervision. Their little boy literally could have been killed on 322!!! The customer became very angry and said they would call the cops if it happened again. This would be the only sorry my husband overheard all night, when the threat of calling the cops was made. My husband gets home and they forgot his main course, general tso’s chicken. We call again, no apology, no delivery, my husband once again has to drive back to the restaurant. He gets there and again no apology, no attempt to remedy the situation, and they had forgotten to even make it to begin with. After all was settled, we ate, the food was plainly put, terrible. Bland, tasteless, burnt. Three out of seven of our items were burnt. Wow. No eggs in the fried rice and my vegetable lo mein was the worst. This was the only bad lo mein I have ever had in my entire life! I don’t even know how you mess that up! Also, the menu they put in our take-out bag literally stated they delivered to our town and that we were supposed to have gotten a two liter for free with our order or over $25. They literally lied to me, I would have been fine if they had just told me the truth, short staffed, it’s snowing, whatever, stuff happens.

Food is disgusting. I have ordered from them several times trying to give them a chance and each time my wifes beef and vegs smelled like a pissy diaper. It is terrible. Do not recommend. When you call and complain they are nasty and hang up on you
