Amazing!! I love this place! The Crab Rangoons are so so so good and for the price you really can’t beat them! 8 Rangoons for about $7! The sweet and sour sauce that comes with them is perfect with them! We got the Honey chicken and curry, they both had a very distinct flavor but it wasn’t bad. The rice was so moist and fluffy, also the rice with the honey chicken is to die for. I don’t like egg rolls but my boyfriend said they were delicious and the duck sauce was really good too.

I think I was blessed with such a special friend who is like this in this place and attends with kindness all the time. I love the taste of chicken in food, I almost always order rice with wings and the I really love it. I think it would be better to always have an outdoor place that manages to have natural juices. I was on that side of town so I decided to stop in and grab a bite to eat. I ordered sesame chicken. The price was reasonable and the food came out quickly. Service was friendly. But that is were the positive part ends. The entree was pictured as it should be with chicken and broccoli. What I received was chicken that was not awful and two pieces of ram broccoli. The fried rice was as orange as a pumpkin and possibly the worst fried rice that I have ever eaten. Needless to say I would not go back again if I were in the area.

Well, my kids follow Mr. China on TikTok, and now, so do I. On our way back from Florida, my kids made me stop for lunch at Hunan Wok 1. I was apprehensive to start and was blown away with how amazingly nice the owner was. A bright, warm greeting coming through the door. Our food was delivered and was super tasty. Don’t waste your time. Neither authentic or good. Fried rice was literally steamed rice with some vegetables and protein. No egg, soy sauce or sesame oil came close to this plate. The dumplings are served with a sour black sauce and the Mongolian beef was chewy on almost every bite. Any other Chinese place could cook with both eyes closed and still produce better food.

We had 3 orders of fairly priced combos with fried rice and egg rolls. We also had crab racoon and fried doughnuts. Everything was delicious. My 4 star is because the rice was not fried rice. I’m not sure what kinda yellow rice pilaf or something that was…but not the fried rice I was expecting. That being said, it’s probably the best tasting chicken with crunchy broccoli I’ve ever ordered in chattanooga. I tasted the other 2 dished and they were yummy as well. Will order again, just really put off on your rice.

I have ordered food from this restaurant for some time now. The owner is great, he knows my name, which means a lot to me as a customer. Always great food, large portions. I would recommend this place anytime. If you’ve never been there, give it a try. I know it’s on 23rd street and many people might second guess going there, but trust me, it is safe, it is clean and the service is very good.
