My son ordered me lunch from the hungry hobo in Moline and had it delivered. First off the drink was completely wrong. I am diabetic and ordered an unsweetened tea. Got a pink lemonade. The sandwich was all bread. Only 2 slices of meat. Ordered everything on sandwich got no onions or banana peppers. I have now become a Jersey Mike fan! Their sandwiched are piled so high I can barely take a bite! Will not order from this location again. I have posted a photo of the receipt and photo of what they call a sandwich. I wish I had a picture of the sandwich from Jersey Mike’s from 2 weeks ago. It was amazing!

Not sure how any location is still standing considering all of the bad reviews at every restraunt. Last night was our last night EVER ordering from hobo again! the bread was stale. There was two slices of ham on my #8. The last three times we’ve gone there I’ve asked for extra cheese and recived these very thin slices and NO extra cheese. How does it take 15 minutes to make two king sandwiches with no one else in their.. husband said they were all moseying around. Also received onions on my sandwich that was not wanted and my husband received tomatoes that were not wanted. This place has really gone down hill. Management needs to do better and be more involved. I really recommend everyone to go to jersey mikes instead.. they have the best bread and best sandwiches in my opinion. Moral of the story GO TO JERSEY MIKES. It’s cheaper and tastes better! Hell I’d go to subway over this place now.

Wow! Ordered a reg hot ham and Swiss with mustard mayo lettuce and light onion. Got my onion put in a cup not added to my sandwich and my sandwich was pouring out every side with mayo and mustard. I literally could not even finish my sandwich because it was so overloaded with condiments. That is just ridiculous ur a sandwich company learn to make a sandwich people can eat without getting covered in condiments. I will not be returning.

My favorite sandwich place in the QC. The only downside is the lack of customization. It’s getting better with online ordering, though. Their chili is great. Their bread stays soft in the fridge and their ingredients are always fresh. Their cheese fries are fantastic. The last time we ordered it was < 30 minutes from order to being ready.

I keep giving this place a chance and they screw up everytime. This time i asked for bacon on a sandwich and didnt happen. Also ordered 2 cheddar fries and only received 1. This in not a one time deal. Its EVERY STINKING TIME. They never get anything right and wont own up to their mistakes. Im flat out done with these jokers.

Customer service needs improvement. Ordered my sandwich, cheese curds, and side of soup. The cashier asked if I wanted to make it a combo with a drink, I told her ok and showed her a bottle of water. I was served my sandwich and she said she would bring my other items.

Decent sandwich spot. Food was passable, but service was a bit rough. They seemed slammed and we’re trying hard to please, but kept falling short. I watched multiple orders get returned for poorly executed modifications, and personally found flecks of black plastic in my pudding. I’d rate it lower if not for the effort to make right their errors. I’d rate higher if the errors weren’t made.
