These people do not know what they’re doing. I placed an order by phone. I wanted to use a cupon i had and specifically asked if I could use it. They said yes I made my order was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes. I got there about 20 minutes later. They were having a problem with the oven and told me it was gonna be another 10 minutes. I said no problem and went to cash out. The manager told me I couldn’t use the coupon even though I specifically asked when I called if I could she refused to make any kind of discount available even though they screwed up and I was still having to wait. I left there with out my food and angry becauseof her overall rudeness. I will not go back there, which is very disappointing. Because I used to love hungry Howie’s. The manager I dealt with was a short young white female with glasses. And she was very rude. This is the robinwood location across from harris teeter.

This place has some of the best service out of all the hungry howies I’ve visited. Super friendly and prompt with the food. The quality is always spot on too. Today they did something even better. It was raining when I came in to place my order and when it was ready the brought to me in my car. This was a blessing and wonderful surprise and most appreciated. Thank you so much!

We ordered and waited inside for or pizza and it was finished quickly. I love that you can order stuffed crust and there are crust flavor options. The pizza is decently priced and consistent with flavor. The app is very easy to order from. There is minimal parking in front of the store. There are lots of vegetarian options available. Unfortunately, there are no buttons you can hit so that doors automatically open, so this establishment is not handicap friendly. Overall though, Good pizza at a decent price.

I purchased the italian sub and antipasto salad. The salad was very skimpy like half of lettuce barely a pinch of each item and no dressing. the sub didn’t have lettuce and tomato on it which was disappointing. I said I wanted it like the picture and they didn’t ask me if I wanted to add lettuce and tomato. I always received it before without having to ask for it. It was disappointing.

The best pizza around! I didn’t even realize we had one in Gastonia, we always get Hungry Howies at the beach but I miss it when we’re home. I just happened to find out we had one close by so my family is definitely happy!

The cinnamon bread Was disgusting. For your sandwiches they don’t say you have to add lettuce and tomatoes in the note field which is very misleading, therefore you get a sub with meat and cheese only. Absolutely no where does it state you have to put a note in the very end for this.
