I placed an order on their website. It was scheduled to arrive in 30 minutes. I called an hour after I ordered and told them my pizza hadn’t arrived. I was told, rudely, that it was handed over to a delivery driver 30 minutes prior and that they had no way to contact the driver. I asked for a refund because I live closer than 30 minutes away and was told I MAY be given a refund if I called back in 10 minutes. I called back in 10 minutes for my refund and was hung up on. Made an order for pickup today 2/24/23. Parking was a little crowded but was able to find a place close to the door. Went in, was asked if I had a pickup order and I said yes. Was given my pizza and the girl walks back around to the other side of the half wall! Had to yell over the ac that I have more than just pizza and was given the salad but not the condiments I also Paid for, and the girl walks back around to the other side of the half wall again! Thankfully a delivery driver walked in and was able to get the rest of my meal items to me.
