My husband went to order and pick up a pizza and cinnamon sticks. The cinnamon sticks had no icing and they did not give him any icing. The pizza was just ok. He ordered a deep dish with Cajun and sesame crust. The crust was the best part of the meal. But we probably won’t return. This was my 1st time eating Hungry Howies and unfortunately may be my last.

So I always have bought pizza and greek salads online for curbside pickup. The last order I had they gave me the wrong salad and dressing which I don’t eat. I called the store and spoke with the manager, Anthony. He told me I would have to bring back the salad for a credit. Being I live almost to Hurley, MS I was not going all the way back. He told me he would put my name down for a free replacement. I call today and was told the manager was fired, they have a new computer system, my previous orders don’t show up and the general manager who I just talked with at the store said they have rules to follow…… so all I get is 15% off the replacement. REALLY ????? No thanks Hungry Howies !!! This was your mistake that you should not charge your loyal customers for.

Food was hot and ready when I arrived however I had to wait for the manager to check the register. I waited maybe a good 6 minutes before he finally finished. Someone else could’ve come over and given me my order but that’s not what happened.

I spent 0 due to the to young man attitude as if he rather be any where but there it was a turn off manager need to hired someone who cares to be there and give great customer service ths guy was rolling his eyes when we ask him a question this is the reason black people don’t own anything other than there sorry excuses there was no reason to show up to work if you don’t care to be there I will never spend money there again. it happen on 2/9/23 at around 530 pm never again my money is really green and welcome every where.

I ordered a garden salad. The cucumbers were old, and discolored on the inside, with old and very little lettuce, sprinkled with long large pieces of all the other ingredients. It was not made like their usual salads that I grew to love! It was a waste of money and my lunch!
