Excellent experience! We placed a very large order 25 min. Before closing. Even so they prepared my food fresh and perfectly correct. I even called to check the status 30mins AFTER they closed and the staff was still there, still answering phones even tho they didnt have too because they were technically closed and they answered all my questions patiently, politely and with pleasure. I appreciate the excellent service I received from the person answering the phone, the cook and the very polite delivery man whom ended up working a little late because of me that night. My husband and I agree this will be our go-to place. We ordered pizza, sandwhiches, salads, wings, sodas, etc. All excellent. Thank you guys

I haven’t had hungry howies in years since they closed the one in our town. We had a dr appt out this way. Very excited to try it again. All the different flavored crusts available is amazing! We ordered in store. We got a sheet pizza w/ ham, lg stuffed crust w/ pepp, an XL pizza with half cheese & half sausage plus 2 orders of 3 cheeser bread w/ marinara dipping sauces. Only spent 55 bucks! The staff was very pleasant & had smiles. They even knew we were waiting in our car & ended up bringing it out to us. We will definitely be back to this location. The store was very clean as well.

Customer service is always awesome. Today it was more special as my brother and sister in law came from Virginia and I brought them here saying this is the best pizza place in Cleveland. They loved the pizza as Mike who was at that time working there made us fell special with his customer service. No doubt their thin crust cheese pizza is the best pizza in Cleveland as I am a cheese pizza lover

Rolled into Westlake, late this evening – asked the hotel clerk who is a good local pizza delivery? Hungry Howies! He was so Right! Crispy fluffy deep dish crust & that medium pizza was LOADED! It had to weigh 10 lbs! Sided it out with a chicken Ceaser salad – not your average 3-4 chunks of chicken ! Again – loaded with enough chicken for almost every bite & small order of an asian-y sauced hot wing – VERY GOOD! Can’t forget to mention how HOT the pizza still was! Will definitely order from them again on our next visit in town! Thumbs up WESTLAKE! Thank You!

I usually love it but this time. I ordered a butter garlic crust and they demolished my crust with Italian seasoning that was so salty my tongue still burned the next morning. I live almost 45 min away so coming back was not an option. Unfortunately no more Hungry Howie’s for me…that was awful

Placed an order for delivery and it took an hour and 15 minutes to get to us. I could see that happening on a busy Saturday, not a Tuesday. When we got our food, the deep dish pizza was lukewarm and burnt. They forgot the flavored crust. The cheese on the cheese bead was like rubber. We asked for an extra sauce and they didn’t give us any. The only positive thing was the delivery guy. He was nice. Really disappointed. We probably won’t order from here again.
