When I made my order, they didn’t accurately convey the details to the specific location, resulting in an incorrect order. It’s important to note that the on-site staff is excellent; my concern lies with those handling phone orders. I urge for the reinstatement of direct communication with the store locations to prevent misunderstandings and the need for refunds. I was so excited to order here for my family and we ordered their DoorDash which okay I understand. So we called the store and said hey, you know you forgot our salad. They told us to call DoorDash but they were very rude and unprofessional and the DoorDasher was very rude and unprofessional and neither of them knew what to do. So once we figured everything out, we will never ever go back to this place again. Mind you we Spent 62 dollars so it wasn’t like just a $20 order ..Remember customers make your paychecks so while you’re being rude and chasing them away, don’t forget that. Thank you. First off the lady that helped me was rude when I walked in, I didn’t know what I wanted so I had to look at the menu, I asked for the all meat sub, her response was we don’t have that anymore so she walked away from the counter as I was looking over the little pamphlet to see what I wanted I ordered the sub and some of the howie bread, so I waited for my stuff in the lobby where there was ants crawling everywhere, at that point I really didn’t want the food because of that alone, but about 10-15 minutes later they called my name, and I left I went back to the hotel I was staying at opened the box and the sub was just thrown together and messy and nasty and the bread was dry and unflavored so mind you I will not be coming back there at all

Hungry Howies is the truth, I swear to goodness they are under rated the different flavored crust options the fluffiness yet still slightly crispy on the bottom crust is satisfying and I appreciate that it’s actually not doughy and cooked all the way thru they have all the same topping as any other pizza joint but it’s that sauce that is straight up fire and they aren’t cheap with the cheese they hook it up. I give this pizza two middle fingers in the air because it’s bussin.

I came in to pick up my pizza for door dash. Should have been ready. I was the only one in the store. I had to wait 20 min. The workers were swearing & kissing on each other while I waited. Very unprofessional. I will not take orders from this pizza shop ever again. Very disappointed!!

Got food today and didnt even get most of my stuff i dont know whats going on today but i should get the items i payed for and when you call them they cant even fix there mistake because they “dont have drivers”. Thats not my fault im the customer so i should get what i payed for no excuses

I love Hungry Howies pizza. HOWEVER, this location annoys me. If it’s not them canceling our order (claiming they called us, when they didn’t) and not telling us until we arrive to pick it up, or forgetting part of our order entirely. It’s the fact that I called and informed them that they forgot our garlic dip when they delivered our pizza. Which is completely fine, I’ll just come pick it up, and they tell me “okay”. But then I drive all the way there and they tell me that they don’t even have any. Now my pizza’s cold, I legit drove all the way over there, for them to tell me something they could’ve said on the phone, and it’s just really annoying. In my opinion, Hungry Howies is wayyyyy too expensive for this kind of service. & recently every time I order from here, I end up disappointed. We have a big family and our order is usually over $65, and it’s just not worth it anymore.

Pros: 1) The pizza is good for a cheaper alternative in the area. 2) The uniqueness of being able to add flavoring to the crust is what we like. We especially like the chicken bacon ranch and the buffalo chicken pizzas. 3) They also have great rewards system and coupon codes you can sign up via email for. 4) Usually only takes 20 minutes for your pizzas.
