It’s probably been a year since we last ordered from this location. We stopped ordering here because they couldn’t get our order right. On a whim, we decided to try them again tonight. Big mistake. Huge! If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I’ve taken three bites of a piece of pizza and literally cannot eat anymore. We ordered 3 pizzas…all 3 are like eating cardboard! There is very little sauce, pepperoni is very sparce and the crust is borderline burnt. What in the world?!!! Someone clearly hates their job and doesn’t care about quality at all. What we got served was pathetic uncalled for. These pizzas went into the trash and we are currently waiting on Pizza Hut to deliver. I would warn anyone thinking of ordering here to think twice. They definitely do not care about what they are serving their customers. You have lost our business forever!

I would give this store on Jefferson in Fort Wayne Indiana five-star but the order operator takes my order and I get there and it closes! What a bummer has happened twice. I’m a record there they have the best pizzas ever Fast and courteous employees at the store but that’s phone answering service is the pits ,they could at least tell me that to close and don’t take my order. It happen twice! So mad I could have stay at home and save gas!

It makes me so sad to give a bad review. And I have ordered hundreds of pizzas from this location and it’s previous location in the same shopping complex (both for my family and large groups of students) I live so close to this location and historically it’s been our favorite take out pizza.

I wish I could give it a higher score because I know it’s locally owned and they work with local schools on fundraising opportunities and that’s cool. But, we’ve had issues with them forgetting items on both delivery and carry out. The not local phone center can’t take local coupons and they waste so much time before transferring you to the store. The last order (early Sept 2022) was so greasy we took paper towels to both the pizza and calzone tops and under them to soak up all the grease. I wasn’t surprised when I got a stomach ache from the grease. I wish I’d thought to take photos. It was SWIMMING in grease. We have more coupons to use so I may have to adjust what we order in the future.

Sunday at 8 pm, open sign is on, handwritten sign says they closed at 4? Not the first time this place closes shop early. If the owners are having trouble finding employees they should take responsibility and be there themselves, or pay better wages.

Ok. I was really with this place. I have tried to place an order twice in the last 5 days. I kept getting the runaround by this guy that said I had they weren’t taking online orders. I knew that because I tried repeatedly to do so. I was trying to call the order in, of course, instead. He put me on hold for half an hour with no joy. I called back and proceeded to get the runaround again. I asked for a manager and was put on hold again with no one picking up. At this time I was fed up and decided to go to the store itself. It was closed! They said some vague story about needing to train a new manager. Well, they certainly weren’t doing it today. Why just not say “We are closed until such and such day?” Be honest instead severely upsetting people!!! Now you just look like liars. Which at least that person answering your phone certainly was… whether it was is choice or the owner’s! Shame on you!!
