My 83 year old Dad passed away on Saturday morning unexpectedly. We ordered a pizza and Sarah delivered it. I told her what happened and she said she was so sorry. She was going down the steps and stopped and asked if i needed a hug. I said yes. She came back up and hugged me. What a wonderful employee you have and her parents should be so proud of the compassionate young lady they raised.

Usually very pleasant experiences but just don’t get a calzone I guess. Paid $7 for a piece of a leaf and a chunk of tomato. Could have made a much better one myself for about 50 cents.

The service is hit or miss on friendliness. Food isn’t always great. Delivery is always earlier than expected which is great. And I’ve even had to go back to pay for food because they told me I was good and then the minute I walk through my door after a pickup they called and said I needed to come back and pay because of an error on their end.

Ordered a pizza and waited for it to get delivered as i pay and tip with my card. They threw the pizza on my porch in the snow and never bothered to let me know it was delivered. After 40 mins i went outside to take my trash out to find my pizza under an inch of snow. Very dissatisfied and find it quite embarrassing that thats how i find the food ive bought and paid for along with tipped. If these are the services people receive than i guess jets is the new number 1.
