*UPDATED from 1 star to 4 stars. They have improve enough again 2 earn 4 stars again, i gave 1 less because not enough toppings. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I have been a regular weekly customer for years. Until about a few months ago pizzas and pizza sub (calzone) have been 97% excellent. Now my last 3 orders INCLUDING a replacement for the last pizza sub was again lacking toppings and cheese even when i paid extra for double toppings. Staff is still super nice and their customer service skills are excellent. But come on guys stop being so cheap with toppings cause i really don’t want 2 get pizza from Dominos or Little Ceasars its not as good. Will change back to 5 stars if and when i see improvement. 5 Stars in store staff customer service. 1 Star for cooks?

I usually order online, it’s very easy to do and you have access to all current deals. You can track your order online so that you know exactly when to leave to pick up your pizza – no more sitting there waiting or showing up to a soggy pizza! The employees have always been friendly and happy to help. They aren’t stingy with extras either!!

2 stars for the service. This company has placed way too much emphasis on branding and sticking their name all over everything and forgotten to invest time and funds into their product itself. Cheaper cheese, doesn’t melt evenly. Cheapest quality crust ive ever had. The overwhelming texture and taste or cornmeal was beyond me, must have had 2 dollars worth of it stuck to my pizza this evening. And the sauce tastes that of which the dollar general would throw away 6 months after its been in the shelf after it’s expiration date…but the facility was a basic walk in single bench high school pizzeria, and the service was ok.

Awesome pizza, I haven’t even bothered with any other chain in years. They’re customer service is great too. I had gotten delivery there recently and they brought me the wrong pizza. Delivery driver was back with the correct pizza in roughly 20 minutes. Love this place.

Love this Hungry Howies! I used them for our Grad party and this place nailed it! They delivered at 3 separate times and each time the pizzas came hot, cooked perfectly and right on time! All if my guests were really impressed! Thank you for making this an easy day for me!

Ordered a regular antipasta salad and paid extra for mild peppers which were not included. The lettus was wilted. Ordered the deep dish cheese bread with ranch. They didn’t bring the ranch and bread was cold. This was after waiting an hour and paying a little over $25! BTW unfortunately I gave a 20% tip upfront. I had a couple bites of each and tossed in the garbage.

I’ve been ordering from here since they opened and my orders are always consistent! Last week there was a little mix up but Audrey, the assistant manager, made everything right.
