Picked up 4 subs. Get home and there is a long dark hair inside my sub. Called and told the employee, she wasn’t apologetic, just asked if I wanted a credit or a new sub. I let her know I want a refund I won’t be coming back. Go to get said refund and, no I’m sorry for the inconvenience didn’t say a word to me. I will NOT going back!!! I suggest some customer service lessons and a hair net for your manager Tiffany!!!!!

Let me start off by saying that the workers there are ALWAYS respectful curtious and kind! Always have fast service and hot food! The food tonight was very good and usually always is good. I would definitely recommend anyone to give them a try it is very good for “cheap fast food pizza chain”. Probably one of the best.

I understand it be only one person working at times but my pizza is never made right unless the owner of this franchise makes it. This last time I asked for butter and Cajun crust well let’s say they poured the whole bottle of butter on the pizza i couldn’t eat it, it was too soggy.

first time ordering at Hungry Howie’s and first time eating Hungry Howie’s in over 15 years. Enjoyable experience: really liked the online and phone interface and ability to customize the order. The staff made sure my order was perfect. The pizza was hot and they exceeded my expectations when the ETA was 40 minutes and the pizza was delivered in 25 minutes. Further, my neighborhood is notoriously difficult to enter and navigate and the delivery person was very cordial and found my place with minimal difficulty. Overall, a positive experience. Will definitely consider this location again.

We ordered last night online and when the pizza arrived, it didn’t have all the toppings requested that was also on our receipt. I called to let them know and they offered to make us a whole new pizza. They quickly made us a new one and had it delivered within like 30 minutes. We had the other pizza ready to give back and they let us keep it. Thank you Hungry Howies for fast, efficient, above and beyond service.

This location is hit or miss. Some orders are awesome and some are not so much. The last two attempts were enough to make me not want to risk it again. First was a pizza with no sauce no flavored crust I wanted and just blan tasting. Then recently I ordered again got two pizzas and cheesy bread. The pizzas were dreadful I wasn’t sure if it was just my imagination so on slice two of my. Pizza I was like wow this is terrible sauce tasted sour. Flavors were way off. Kids cheese pizza was bad too. Bread was almost on point we all ate that just lacked usual amount of Seasoning. I decided to call and say hey last two Times I ordered its Ben subpar I explained myself. The man said well waht are you wanted out of this a new meal refund ect.. I said store credit would be fine ( even giving myself another chance at them. In the future) and he put me on hold to come. Back and said bring the entire meal back up for a refund. We all shared the bread so we didn’t have the entire meal at that point. BTW we order from 19 and van Dyke for work lunch once a week and that location is the bomb. Like absolutely perfection everytime.
