Terrible employees with terrible service, they choose there own store hours and when they decided to close the store! It stated they were open online and when i called the store they said well today we stopped taking orders for delivery at 9PM but there store closes at 10PM. This is not the first time, this has happened over 10 times as we have been living in the area for many years. We will continue to support Pizza Hut and Jetz Pizza and NO longer Hungry Howies…unless something changes with there policies.

The Customer service definitely needs help- waited for 3 or 4 minutes to be acknowledged to pick up my pizza, then was told I’d be helped in a minute (at least 5 staff were visible, but none were assisting customers).

Last Friday night around 7 pm I called to place an order and was put on hold. I sat on hold for 9.51 minutes. When a guy answered, all he said was hello? My response was telling him how long I sat on hold. NO apology though. I told him that I didn’t need anything anymore as I was standing at the counter at Pizza Hut. The employees are rude! I don’t know how this business exists. Unless the owners don’t know or care.

Go to Jet’s Pizza or Murphy’s inn go anywhere but hungry Howie’s of St Clair Very bad business twice now I’ve ordered a pizza that had tomatoes on it and asked for the tomatoes to be diced small in the notes the first time I thought oh well maybe they just didn’t see it this time I asked before I paid it’s not that they don’t see it they just choose not to do it when I get there I am told they do not dice the tomato small no matter what the customer wants or orders I will not spend my hard-earned money on a order that is not made the way that I want it made I mean shoot even Pizza Hut treats their customers better than that

Id give you 5 stars. Some peanut head gave me Howie bread. I ordered and paid for 3 cheese bread. Which are usually on cue. Disappointed going there. Then home just for that. Then i get home thinking it’s my usual. Nope just plain bread.
