My husband and I went to this location today because we had a coupon and didn’t feel like cooking. I ordered a gluten free pizza with some veggies for myself. First, when I initially called in to place the order I was told they couldn’t take the order over the phone since I was using a coupon. This makes zero sense but ok fine, so we went there and placed the order then did some shopping and came back to pick it up. We got it home and not only did they forget the sauce that came with my husband’s bread, but my gluten free pizza had sausage on it. Simple mistake, but I have dietary restrictions and cannot eat red meat. I called the store and after leaving me on hold far too long they hung up on me, I tried to call back and they put my call directly on hold. I hung up after a couple minutes and we went back to the store with the pizza that was made wrong and they did replace it. I should note that before they hung up on me I did explain that I cannot eat sausage as it will make me quite ill. I understand mistakes happen but the lack of responsibility taken is just unacceptable. Definitely won’t be going to this location again.

Don’t order online, call the store. When they took the order by phone it was $10 cheaper. My bank flagged and declined because I’m from Alaska. I went in and approved the transaction in my account than finished online, although missed an item on half, called the store so they asked me to pay for the 1 over. Petty, good customer service would be just to add that half item especially since same order as the least expensive phoned in. I told them I’d been quoted a cheaper price by phone.

Im so sick of this place being cheap. We pay for a product and we expect a product. We do not expect barely enough cheese to cover a pie. We expect enough chese to make the pie taste good, not like a burnt piece of cardboard with pepperoni on it. You’ve lost this customer so you could save 20 cents in food cost. I feel robbed by visiting your establishment. I feel personally insulted by the how little cheese was on my pie. I feel that your company doesn’t appreciate my hard earned money enough to meet it with a quality product. And that you would rather save a few cents in food cost by robbing it from your customers. I am your victim not your customer.

I’ll start this by saying, we usually buy our pizza from here and its pretty good. Tonight (december 15), however, we only ordered a salad. We ordered the salad with bleu cheese dressing. We asked for 4 dressings. I didn’t realize they were going to charge me for 3. That’s not why I’m complaining though. My complaint comes from the color of the dressings. I opened one and it is almost a greenish color. I open another, same thing. So, I proceed to open 4. None are the color of bleu cheese (which is supposed to be whitish). When we called to complain about it, I don’t know if the the manager “Jeff” just didn’t believe us or thought we were trying to complain for being charged. We just don’t want green bleu cheese.
