I will not be returning to this location, I went to pick up a free remake for my mother in law on an order that was messed up the previous week. They acted is if I was trying to scam them for free food. Mind you I usually order the pizza because I have a rewards account, or my father in law orders off of his phone number. Well we were both at work and she didn’t feel like cooking so she called in the order on something that was owed to us. Don’t place an order here on anybody else’s phone or they will treat you funny. I’ve been to this location many times probably got 4 free pizzas off of rewards alone. If they didn’t recognize the number they could have said that instead of awkwardly trying to accuse me of stealing when I came in!!!

I walked in and no one was at the counter or fixing pizza. I waited for 5 minuets for someone to come take my order thinking that they heard the bell the second time I chimed it. I had to call the number to the store to get someone to walk to the front to take my order. When the employee got to the front he was very helpful and started fixing my pizzas. That’s the only reason I’m giving this location two stars

Everytime I’ve ordered here it’s been awesome, good attitudes and they’re pizzas here are great. Definitely the best hungry howies around… especially when night shift is working. Give these people a pay raise!

They always knock it out of the park! The staff at this location should be commended for their consistency. The pizza is always cooked to order, and to perfection. I also wanted to give a huge shoutout to our delivery person Mark. He is always so polite and kind. It’s a pleasure to see him every time we order. Way to go!

Family member called around 3:30 on a Saturday for pizza. After our order was placed The total given to us was $95. We called back within 6minutes of placing the order because we requested a breakdown of the pricing. We understand that it may have been frustrating to the employee that was helping us however she refused to cancel our order when we finally requested that we go online instead to make sure we were ordering correctly and not being overcharged. The employee was exceptionally rude and also told us it would be 30minutes for our food and still refused to cancel it. We had a menu that was 2-3 weeks old and she told us she was charging us according to the “new menu” current pricing. We instead placed an order at another location nearby online and got our food within 15minutes. I’m sure there are some good people at this location but the attitude given to us by that particular employee was unacceptable.
