Out of 10 orders that I’ve placed only 2 have been right. I placed an order 45 minutes ago for 2 Italian subs. The only special request was 2x’s sesame crust, I got NO sesame crust. I purposely have not complained before but when something so easy a flavored crust gets screwed up it’s ridiculous. What do I need to do besides repeating the order 2 or 3 times on the phone to get it right? Maybe to some this may seem petty but when you’ve had 10 or more orders wrong it gets really old. So please tell me Hungry Howies what I need to do to get the simplest order delivered to me correctly? I pay your delivery fee, I tip your drivers anywhere from 25-30% (I am in no way blaming the drivers, not their fault) to have order after order wrong.

Connor rocks!!!!! I received amazing customer service from him! I had called and ordered a pizza and then locked my keys in my vehicle and was unable to pick up the pizza on time so I can contact them just to let him know that I would be running a little behind and they offered to remake the pizza for me…no problem…even though it was MY OWN FAULT!!! That is fantastic service!!! Thanks again!!!! I live in Brighton and ordered from this store because I was headed to a friend’s house in Pinckney and just because of that awesome gesture…I’m going to switch my business to this store!

The pizzas were typically a 5-star rating, but recently they have had large bubbles all over the pizza which pushes the cheese off of those spots — annoying. To add to it, for the last 4 times I ordered Howie Bread with just butter or plain, they always put the garlic herbs on — which is exactly what I don’t want. As well, to add to it, they forget to bring the soda ordered as well. Very disappointing experiences.

We have ordered from this Hungry Howies location numerous times and the pizza has always been fresh and really good. Tonight , our whole order was pretty sad! We got regular Pepsi instead of the diet that I ordered. The pizza tasted like it sat under a heat lamp for hours. The Cheezy bread had so much garlic on it , we could hardly eat it! Tasted like someone dumped a container of salt on it. Will likely stick with Marcos in the future! Disappointed
