I placed an order via the mobile app and received my order in a timely manner. Unfortunately when I received my order, I opened it to the pizza being completely disheveled. In addition, it was cold. I contacted Hungry Howie’s about my complaint and heard absolutely nothing back from them. I have stopped ordering from this location and now order from Toarmina’s down the street, which is by far the best pizza in town!

Horrible experience. So disappointed. Ordered with a 35 minute estimated delivery. 1 hour and 5 minutes later I get to eat barely warm pizza! Yeah … not my favorite. Don’t think I will be ordering from here again. Such a shame because they used to do a good job.

Ordered food for my boyfriend who was at work, called them and told them to have it there at 7:30 on the dot and I’m told no problem. Only to find out the delivery driver “didn’t want to wait until 7:30 because the super bowl is on” (his exact words) and showed up at 7:15. Wouldn’t be a huge deal if my boyfriend wasn’t still working and had to leave his station for a delivery driver who is rude and can’t follow directions. This caused him to get in trouble at his work because the Super bowl is more important than your customers and customer service. I specifically called to ensure they would be there AT 7:30 and was ensured that would be the deal. Do better.

To all hungry truck drivers paked at the Loves in Milan, this is the place to order pizza delivery from! Had a meat lovers with garlic/herb crust, with extra pizza sauce for dipping crust delivered. Pizza was delicious and service punctual as well! If you’re coming in late, check their hours though. Nice treat!

Have had good food here before but last time I called it was a disaster. I was put on hold automatically. The message pushes you to order online then repeatedly tells you about flavored crust. After 5 minutes I broke down and ordered online, hung up, then when I submitted the order it tells me they don’t accept online orders. Dreadful, infuriating experience and I think I’ll stick to pizza shops who answer their phone. Torn between 2 and 3 stars but stuck w/ 3 cuz the food has been good in the past.

Ordered a large pizza -8 wings and (2) 2 liters. With tip 40.00 Confirmation said 35 minutes. It was almost an hour. Finally get our delivery and the wings were by far, the tiniest I have ever seen. The large pizza had the items only the size of a small pizza in the middle. Rest of the pizza was basically crust and tasteless. We have been HH customers for years but the description of our food seems to be the norm anymore. Sorry to say, I can’t spend 40.00 on terrible quality food.
