Placed an order tonight it was through their call center and wanted to order a medium Howies Special and was told that I couldn’t order a medium they said it only came in small and large. When I asked why I couldn’t get a medium a very rude man said again it only comes in small and large. I did place the order for large and that’s was even difficult for him to get that placed. I then called my husband since he was the one picking it up and told him that it was going to be a large not medium and told him what happened. When he went into the Wayne hungry howies to pick it up he told them what happened and they said no you can get a medium and they were very nice to change out order. Just an FYI your call center is terrible I feel sorry for the employees that have to deal with things like this because of the call center.

Customer is good, delivery is fast, but we’ve had issues more then once with our pizzas. Gonna start going to a different location. I’ve had previous complaints and I’m just done with this location now. Convince of going back was because it’s close to home. Photo of my last pizza with barley any sauce should be in the Google photo reviews.

We stopped ordering from here months ago. And last week decided to give it a try again. We got it again tonight. These past two times have been top notch. Idk if they changed cooks. Put it was cooked to order and absolutely delicious. Thumps up, my husband actually called last week to tell them how great the pizza was. I got a Italian sub tonight. Again delicious.

Very accommodating. The person who took my order at the call center made a mistake on the order. However, the evening manager corrected the issue and replaced the order. He allowed us to keep the previous pizzas. We also got a really good deal with the coupons that were available.

Tried ordering a pizza to pick up they wouldn’t take my order over the phone told me I had to go online called jet’s Pizza ordered over the phone and picked up so if this is the way it’s going to be running for pickup orders buy hungry Howie’s then I’ll go somewhere else, because For me ordering pick up orders online is a waste of time but the food is good
