The lady who took my order was very friendly and professional. She repeated my order twice to make sure it was correct. Got there she remembered me over phone. She was very pleasant. Pizza was good. The thin crust veggie pizza was perfectly cooked and the veggies were very fresh. Will order from this location again. One of my favorite locations in the area.

Honestly I hate writing bad reviews, but it’s happened twice. I’ve ordered a couple pizzas 2 times and every time it never fails to get myself nor my husband sick. We constantly use the bathroom for at least 2 days straight after ordering from here! I’m not sure why, I gave it 2 stars because our drivers are always nice

Food was good. However it’s annoying that no one will acknowledge your presence when you walk in and just standing there for solid five minutes without even a hello. And while standing there I also noticed not a single person was wearing sanitation gloves while touching and making all the food! That is absolutely disgusting it’s bad enough for Covid and not wear a mask or hairnet but to not wear gloves?

I’ve been here 2 or 3 dozen times. The food is good, but there is something lacking in the service. It’s hard to put my finger on it, but whether it’s the inconsistency of the payment process (with online ordering), their inability to keep specific drinks stocked in their cooler, or even their indifference to repeat customers, I think I will be going elsewhere.

ZERO stars if I could. Online says open until 11pm. Call at 10 guy says to rush because they aren’t actually open that late. Guy never asks for our name. We get there and the guy is taking an order when we walk in, time wasn’t that dire apparently. Then he says because I don’t have my ID I can’t purchase the pizza even though I know my own order? What a waste of time. There’s nothing like being denied your own order. What a joke! Not to mention he was incredibly rude. Won’t go here again!

There customer service is the worst!!! Employees do not know how to take care of good loyal customers even when you tip really good! If there is problem don’t expect them to do anything for you except make up a reason to be your fault. They will literally tell you that you said something other than what you know you told them. I’ve given them multiple chances but just can’t justify any more! I Will no longer patronize from this store. I would rather drive further for service that I expect from a business .I

My husband ordered a large deep dish pizza. I was standing right next to him when he ordered it. When I brought the pizza home and opened the box, it was a thin pizza. I called them and the gentleman on the phone asked me to bring back the pizza and exchange it. I said it was to far to go. Then he preceded to tell me that he was the one who took the order and that my husband ordered a thin pizza. I explained to him that I was standing right next to him and I heard him say deep dish. I feel their customer service needs alot of work.
