I ordered a pizza from this location 3011 E. Walton. They have the worst service ever. I placed my delivery order at 8:38pm and had to call twice to find out where it was and finally at 9:59pm I find my pizza in the walkway of my home outside. It was cold and I called to complain and the assistant manager lied and said they use door dash for delivery but I called other locations and all 5 of them said no they do not. I would not recommend this hungry howies to anyone . They are above and beyond horrible. And on top of everything they never said sorry just oh ok. Treat people how you want people to treat you.

Delicious pizza. The bacon cheeseburger became my favorite pizza, even if its a bit small and pricey, totally worth it. Can’t get enough of their pizza. Only downside was calling them three times but they won’t pick up the phone even though they were open, got my pizza else where. I been really satisfied my last couple times here. Update: I love this HH location

This location is terrible! We ordered 4 pizza’s. They had us sitting there for over 1 hour. They had to remake our pizza’s 3 times. How do you make the order wrong three times? The pizza’s were not good at all. I wouldn’t bother patronizing this location even if it was free!

Awesome staff and the food for myself has yet to be prepared wrong and that’s almost unheard of for a pizza place. Very good pizza and bread. Small complaint is sometimes I have to cut the bread and pizza again to be able to eat one.

Pizza / breadstix good. Service good. Ordering.. so so. It was hard to understand the individual as she had a strong accent but by the time I was finally done ordering I think that it was a general service that orders for Hungry Howie’s and they send it to the store that you’re going to. Which caused a lot of confusion when she started saying to me.. and this is the Hungry Howie’s on blah blah blah. I’ve never had anyone ask me that I thought that I called that Hungry Howies store and that’s the one I was going to pick up at ♀️.

Hit or Miss on if they are delivering. We frequent this Hungry Howie’s and typically have no issues. This past time the blonde lady working behind the counter was unnecessarily rude. We’ve ordered delivery from this location at different time— but most often after 8pm. We actually called a littler earlier, this last time, probably around 7-7:30 and were told they are not delivering. We live less than 5 minutes away so it wasn’t a huge deal, just annoying. The woman acted like it was an everyday thing—- I promise you it’s not. Quality of products—always great! Staff—- could be encouraged to better assist their customers—-without entitlement.

Been waiting on my pizza for 2 1/2 hrs when I called for the second time. I called, the person that answered was rude, and yelling at me bc i wanted a fresh pizza not the one that never showed up. They took the wrong phone # down, and has currently been 1 hr after calling the last time. Total wait time of 3 1/2 hrs.
