I probably should have read these reviews first, a waste of my $8 coupon. My pizza crust is so hard and crunchy I’m just going to throw the whole pizza away. And it dry and it’s a butter cheese crust. Never again

I ordered howie bread and a pizza. I bread had no butter. It was so dry; I tried to feed it to my dog and it got stuck in his throat. I paid almost $2 per topping. When I looked at my pizza I felt like I went to a foreign owned subway. They were so greedy with the toppings. I had two mild peppers per slice. I will never go here again.

I just never seen chicken this small. It creeped me out. Some of the pieces were so suspect that we didn’t even eat any of it.I can’t believe that someone would pack up some of these pieces and send it off. Very disappointed. I’ve eaten here before and never had this problem. Cheese pizza was good and the salad was okay too. It would have been nice to eat it with wings.

I pass 2 other locations to get to this one because I have always had good pizza and pretty good service. This past Friday was my cheat day so I got pizza. The first pizza was burnt to a crisp, some of the crust was literally black. Lucky for me, I looked at it before I got to the car. I took it back and they made a new one. Tip: dont serve pizzas that you burn! The new one was not much better. The crust was thick and hard and the pizza was super flat. You couldnt even see any other the ingredients except the pineapples. Overall it was like frozen grocery store pizza, not what I expect from Hungry Howies. Extremely disappointing. I will try again but this is my second disappointing experience in a row. One more time and Im done.

Took them 30 minutes to make 1 pizza after they gave it to the wrong person. They all were just talking and messing around, couldn’t give an accurate time on when pizza was going to be done, and burnt it.

I ordered a regular meatball sub and when I got home and looked at it the sub hand about one meatball on it. I called them and they said that was the correct wait of toppings on the sub. I have gotten this sub many times over the years at many locations and this has never happened before. It has always been a good portion of meatballs. The manager told me that is how they are doing it from know on and that they are firing people for give a fare amount of toppings on their food know. I will not be going back if they want to keep ripping me off.

Employees REFUSE to just make exactly what’s ordered. The last 5 orders they got *minimum* two things wrong, but usually a lot more. I think we’ll start ordering from a different location. I’ll drive further if it means I’ll actually get what I’m ordering.

They use doordash for their deliveries and doordash always screws up. After waiting over an hour, the doordash delivery man called and said he had been given the wrong address and was not going to bring our order. This was at 10 PM so we no longer had any food options open. They consistently screw up their deliveries. Hungry Howie’s should use their own delivery people.
