I ordered their Sunday deals for a large 1 topping pizza and a Howie bread. I asked if a 3 cheeser bread was ok to use on the deal. But when I picked it up the person said anything with cheese on it is upcharged and it added a few dollars to my order. He said it was the driver ( the one who picked up the phone ) messed it up but there wasn’t anything they could do. I asked for a sauce cup to atleast make it worth it but he said it was still a 1 dollar upcharge.

We had pizza and breadsticks delivered tonight and our sauce cups were forgotten. I called up to the store right away and both workers I spoke with couldn’t have been nicer. I spoke to Kyle the general manager and he was very apologetic and provided multiple solutions to the forgotten sauce cups. I am very pleased with the nice and professional customer service at this store!

This store has completely lost my business. The fact that the pizza is delivered by doordash where the drivers leave the pizza on their front seat to get cold is bad enough. I’ve never had such horrible pizza. I’m not sure how long the pizza sat before driver picked it up but when we got it it looked 3 days old. The crust on the thin crust pizza was so hard that it shattered and impossibly to chew. On top of everything the cheesebread was barely thicker than the thin crust.. never in my life did I think I would throw food away

I have been patronizing Hungry Howie’s on Orchard Lake in Keego Harbor for over 20 years but I must say the pizza is at an all time low. I’ve gotten to the point where we cannot depend upon them to deliver a good pizza at dinner time. Last night was the worst. Pizza rose like baking a cake with pizza& cheese. It was a very dry pizza. I asked fir a Greek salad minus tomatoes. What I got delivered to me was a cross between a Greek salad chef salad it had lettuce greens, beets, jalapeños, red onion, olives, hard salami. What was missing from my Greek salad was feta cheese, gabonzo beans. After getting a dried up pizza – with a crust with huge bubbles in it. We are taking a long pause from Hungry Howie’s.

Got the right food just all specifications were ignored and food was made incorrectly, they scam you by running your order through Doordash without notifying you until the order is placed and paid for (costs more money than if they had delivery drivers). After working in a pizza place myself, I know this kind of service costs you money, customers and sometimes employees. I hope things change otherwise I will not be ordering from this location or possibly this franchise again

Management and staff not trained to honor coupons. We won some free and BOGO pizza coupons at an expo center(valid at this location) and even after taking it no coupon was added to my bill. Manager said he could not find coupon in computer so we were charged a sale price. So frustrating that they are the closest location for coupons and i have to go out of my way to a location that will honor couon
