Yesterday we were outside of hungry howies during the hail storm. There were three ladies (I didn’t get their names) that were very helpful to me and my very scared children. The hail had bust our windows and a few of their windows as well. I just wanted to show my appreciation and let everyone know that this is a great establishment! The pizza was also delicious that we ate while waiting on the storm to pass! Thank you all so much for your help and helping my children to calm down! We can never thank you enough!!

This is our favorite place to get pizza on lazy days! We love the flavored crusts! We always order onion, ham, bacon, and pepperoni, and it’s only 23$ for a large! If you call and order, it’s cheaper than ordering online from my experience.

I asked the manager on duty to make me a 3 cheese Howie Bread but on a GF crust and ChARGE me for the gf crust that would be used and toppings. He told me NO. The crew member realizes that it was basically a gf crust with just 3 cheese and no sauce and the manager still denied my request. This was June 18th around 3pm. The service here has never really Been that great and they’ve messed up my order multiple times before.

Always enjoy their food! Young man who took my order very friendly and suggested my veggies on the side, which was very knowledgeable. He even brought my subs out to my car, as waiting in the store is a little uncomfortable just because of size restrictions.

Called and ordered a pizza for delivery and was told it would be done in about 45 minutes. An hour later I called back to find out where my pizza was and they tell me they don’t have my order and they can’t deliver to my area. Not at any point did they call back and tell me that. Absolutely garbage service.

I give Hungry Howie’s One star because I Can’t cut it in half. This Richfield road location is Sub standard to other Franchises Frankenmuth being Number 1 for Service and Courtesy. I’ve ordered many times and each time I’ve had issues with this location. Drivers have showed up Super quick to Lost because GPS does Not have my address listed??? And RUDE, it wasn’t My life’s ambition to work at a pizza joint, enjoy your job it’s Not that Hard. Rude to Veterans If you went on Veterans day and asked if there was a Discount, there Isn’t one. And this last Failed delivery the person on the phone was One of the Managers and wouldn’t give me his name, pretty Ballsy considering others are Proud to give it when they give Superior Service. The Mgr Already Cancelled my order due to a failed delivery attempt, and then 20+ minutes later shows up at my door with two Free Greasy boxes of cold Pizza. Thank you for the gesture But No Thank You. I’m No Longer buying my Pizza at this location, I’ll go down the Street to enjoy Bob’s pizza. Shame on you Hungry Howie’s!
