I’ve ordered from this restaurant for years now and have been very satisfied with the quality of both the service and the food. However recently they have been very lack luster. In delivery time, and the quality. I can forgive longer times, however I cannot forgive waiting over an hour and a half for my food just for it to be wrecked. And disgusting, I attempted to call and was left ringing 3 times. unless they clean up their act and improve their quality I will have no choice but spend my money elsewhere

Worst experience I’ve ever had buying food, or anything for that matter. Tonight, June 7, 2023. It took two calls to even get the employee to pick up, at 9:20. I was polite and said “Sorry to order within an hour of closing. I really appreciate it”. Went to pick it up, took a peek at the pizza on the counter. The same employee I talked to made constant uncomfortable eye contact with a nasty expression the whole time and said “I put more toppings on there than normal, so if you want, I can make you a different one with less toppings for the same price. Now either pay for it or get out. I’m trying to close here”. If this is the kind of person Hungry Howie’s is hiring now, I’m never ordering their food again. I used to really like a couple of their other places.

We have used this hungry howies for years, it has slowly become worse and tonight put an end to us going to them! If I wanted door dash to deliver my pizza I would have went to a fast food joint like Taco Bell or McDonald’s! First it took over and hour and 20 minutes to get the food, secondly the door dash driver went down our neighbors driveway and got lost in there yard, the pizza was cold as well as the ham and cheese sub and forgot Italian dressing! Unbelievable how this is what yall have become! Thanks but no thanks, that was the last time we order from this place!

I have friends come in from the city and never want HH pizza until they try Imlay city’s HH, then they can’t believe how good it is! And everyone is always nice on the phone. And very nice when picking up the order!

They consistently make our orders wrong. I wrote an email regarding my last order which was for a party. It was over 100 dollars worth of food. And they messed up several pizzas, an order of bread and a calzone. I selected to have someone call me back regarding my latest order and screw ups. No one from the company bothered to call. I won’t be using this location anymore.

I ordered a salad with cheddar cheese green peppers onions and mild peppers no black olives what did I get no cheddar cheese no green peppers no mild peppers and I got black olives. I also ordered two packs of Italian dressing and didn’t get either. I ordered large pepperoni pizza extra cheese and didn’t get extra cheese I called they remade the salad which they kept asking if I wanted a credit to my account I can’t eat black olives. I go get the salad come home to realize no Italian dressing yet I called again got told rudely by the supposedly manager the pizza had extra cheese because she was the one who made it. I can see perfectly fine that it didn’t. And she told me I must look in the bags before I leave. I ordered it to be delivered yet I how can I make sure everything is there before the driver leaves it’s impossible. I will never be going back they lost mine and 2 other customers. It’s bad when they can’t make their mess up correct. If I had corporate number I for sure make a complaint against imlay city store. They have messed my order up the last 4 times.

I ordered some boneless Asian wings to my work today. Order arrived hot and fresh 20 minutes later. I thought it was awesome that they’re not only open but handling the rush. This was leaps and bounds better than any other food experience I’ve had anywhere in the area recently. I wish I had more than $5 to tip. cannot thank the driver and the staff enough for coming to work and handling the pressure so well. Thank you guys!!
