The pizza was the worst hungry Howie’s Pizza I’ve ever eaten. I called and they refunded my money by giving me a store credit. It was as if they dipped all of the dough for the Howie bread in cornmeal and was completely covered. You couldn’t even taste the dough. You can only taste corn. I will never go to this location again

Terrible food. I’m not the type to complain about food but this is the 3rd time they’ve messed up my order. Just a simple personal pepperoni and bacon pizza so it shouldn’t have been hard to mess it up, but they burnt the life out of the bacon and the bottom of the crust.

I love hungry howies, but they seem to be going down hill, pizza I ordered last week was very skimpy on toppings, figured it was a fluke, this week it appears that you only have to put topping on a few slices. Also delivery time said 40 mins, took a hour, I wouldnt mind a courtesy call to let me know, I get it it happens, but come on, please step it up….

Where do I start? The worker on the phone asked me to spell my name. A 5 letter name shouldn’t be that hard to spell, yet I had repeated the letters 3 times for the worker. Then I tried to pay over the phone. The worker didn’t know what number month April was without me telling him myself. My card was then rejected over the phone but magically worked in the store. And when I arrived, I noticed my name was STILL SPELLED WRONG. Guess 3 tries wasn’t enough. Very poor service and it appears as if the workers don’t have their head on straight, by the way my pizza was cut.

My husband made a online order at 6 pm and at 7 Doordash texted him stating we wouldn’t be receiving our order until almost 8 pm!! My husband called up to the store and what seemed like a ignorant teen answered the phone and gave him attitude and also informed us that they get door dash on Mondays and Thursdays for their deliveries. Needless to say we got our pizzas but they both ended up being burnt! We have been loyal customers for the past 14 years but that ends tonight.

Terrible. The order showed up 50 minutes late. No dipping sauces for the bread, one pizza missing the extra cheese, one pizza missing the ranch crust, both pizzas burnt and the cookie was burnt to a crisp. I called to speak and they ignored. I sent a note through the app and they ignored. I called the corp office and they confirmed the ticket and made another attempt. This too was ignored.

My first experience with this Hungry Howies was take out. The employees were very nice and my order was prompt. From that point on I have had my orders delivered. The only problem I have ever had is that I have had to remind them to not burn my pizza. I always order a thin crust and in the beginning if I forgot to say don’t burn it, they would. I find that to be unprofessional. Mostly because they have the same excuse every time, about where they need to put the pizza in the oven so it doesn’t come out burnt. How long do you have to work there before you know that? Once when I ordered a pizza and a Howie cookie, I said please don’t burn the pizza, but neglected to say don’t burn the cookie and sure enough they burned it. That was beyond ridiculous. If I didn’t know any better I would swear they did it on purpose, all because I constantly say please don’t burn my pizza. But like I said, it’s the only problem I have. The food is great and so are the employees.
